A Diabolical Societal Cure

If there was ever any doubt as to whether and what extent Conservatism held an actual and accountable location within society, one only needs look at the founding principals within the oldest and most unequivocal philosophy that remains the last line of defense of the greatest Superpower in the world, The United States of America; Conservatism.

Conservatism comes from the Latin Root Word conservare, or in its actual definition “to preserve”

In order however for one to fully understand what is beyond doubt the deepest foundation of all laws, Conservatism; one must first look at what Conservatism actually is.

Conservatism is the actual political and social philosophy that promotes the insurance that traditional institutions shall continue and support only the most minimal and gradual changes in society. The truest form of Conservatism seeks only to preserve things as they were, when the manner truly emphasized stability and continuity that forever opposes the societal lie disguised under the mask of modernization, which is nothing more than a digression into self induced failure.

Conservatism is best viewed, for all intents and purposes as the philosophy that fully conjoins itself with that of Holy Scripture, which is the inherent Word of God.

It is in fact the general idea of respect of nation, neighbor and self which were derived from specific instances of solidified self respect, wherein tax cuts, deregulation, a policy of Communism, a greatly strengthened military, and strongly held belief of family values, Christian morality, and limited government all work hand in hand with the well being of society as a whole. Conservatism is a standard for social, economic and foreign policy issues that draw a line in the sand against One World Government, which is of course the prelude to the Anti-Christ.

If one believes in reduced government regulation of business and banking, resistance to world government and to environmentalism, support for Israel and for American military intervention overseas, opposition to abortion and homosexuality, support for Christian education in the public schools,support for the right to bear arms, securing the U.S borders, strict enforcement of the law, and sharp reduction in taxes and spending, then one should correctly identify as a Conservative.

As the world spins unguided and out of control the only remaining foundation of truth is Conservatism, wherein a person can be accountable for himself and his family while allowing his neighbor the opportunity to do the same. As the misguided turn their backs on the only remaining glue that holds the American fabric together, the cure of a diabolical society is continually prescribed as Conservatism.

In order to logically ponder the appropriateness of welfare, one must first indulge oneself into the mind of a liberal, wherein the over exaggeration of entitlements was birthed.

It is doubtless that the original philosophy of welfare was good and noble, and I for one believe in feeding the hungry and clothing the naked, it’s the transition into a life of enslavement by not only the recipient but the begrudged giver that seems to have taken the original design and morphed it’s purpose into an ominous abyss of socialism.

The generally acceptable definition of welfare is governmental provision of economic assistance to persons in need with something that aids or promotes well-being. As currently written, today’s Social Services Laws have moved farther away from this foundation definition and closer to a continual form of self indulgence into a world of entrapment.

In short, the problem with today’s entitlement programs are simple: First and foremost, the majority of those that are on welfare have participated in a self induced state of necessity out their own self realized laziness while forever allowing both the recipient and the ill intentioned giver to neither actually realize anything that truly aids and promotes well being nor allows the least resemblance of a long term contribution to either the recipient or giver’s continued well being.

The stark realistic truth, is just the opposite, wherein the recipient begins to inhabit the inside a rather comfortable bubble of contentment that enslaves their own self imposed limitations of the natural inclination of survival while the contributor is forever obligated to support the inhumane learned form of dependence of the recipient.

As we continue to orchestrate and allow the very slow and painful desolation of financial freedoms of everyday clear thinking Americans, the stark fulfillment of the invariable reality conveys a resounding and generally acceptable thought process: You can not economically engineer a social class of people that fails, neglects or other wise refuse to support itself by enabling them to continue their misgivings.

In short, throughout the years; the liberal agenda has been compelled to convey the mere idea that helping those that can not help themselves is a kind and acceptable form of compassion. This however is abundantly wrong. The complete opposite is true, helping those who can not help themselves is an assessorial participation of humanitarian violations of every kind.

It is a structured form of unrealized genetics’ of which continued enslavement is assured.

Continual Victims of Generational Circumstances

Throughout the last several years, one could be found arguing the point of why Connecticut has become so Blue when it comes to politics', religion and her.

As of late, many residents are disgruntled with Gov. Malloy's recent budgetary proposal, wherein he seeks to close a $3.7 billion gap with $1.5 billion in new taxes, $1 billion in State Worker Concessions and finally $780 million in budgetary cuts. There is no doubt that no stone shall be left unturned in the road of over burdened taxpayers that continue the sufferance of over taxation and ill fated representation. Gov. Malloy insists that it is shared sacrifices he offers and to a certain extent, this is arguably true. The problem being however as of always, We the People are the only ones being sacrificed.

Flash back several years ago will bring one back to former Governor's Rell and Rowland, wherein out of control State Spending, unrealistic public service retirement packages and binding arbitration for all public service employee contract negotiations have crippled the State. All the while, Connecticut has spiraled downward into a morbid abyss of a liberal revolution which now threatens to bear our State with the prestigious ability to have the highest gas tax in the nation and continued record un-employment.

At odds here however is the doubtless question of why and how did we come to this road? If the legislative bodies are so ill fated and non representative, why is it that the democratic majority continues to be re-elected time and time again along with their liberal cohorts on the Republican side? One would argue that the pointless sycophants that absorb and confiscate our wealth through their own laziness life of welfare continue to re-elect these politicians to their prestigious posts of failure. I for one would agree if it was not for the simple fact that a mere 42% of these financial parasites make up the populace and one should hardly expect them to actually vote given their desire for the life of luxury at our expense. Although it is true, a certain degree of welfare recipients do vote, I would hardly think that all 42% of them undertake this task.

After continued consideration I would argue the following point: The reason the Democratic majority continues to be re-elected is simple. The Republican Party has continually spiraled downward and off focus under the leaderships of former Chairman's Depino, Shepardson, Hamzy, Gallo, and current Chairman Chris Healy. Although many would argue that each and every Chairman has brought many positive attributes to the table, I for one hardly feel that anything less than a reasonable and realistic platform that resolves the electoral issues which are currently larger than life is unacceptable.

Moving forward, the Republican Party will need to elect a Chairman that has the vision to develop a unilateral platform that will attract real life candidates in all local, State and National Elected offices while ending the party infighting, addressing the drunken sailor spending spree and navigating this State away from its extreme liberal agenda.

Unless and until this happens we shall forever be Continual Victims of Generational Circumstances.

A Time to Speak

Have you ever felt that Ecclesiastes 3:2 was written just for you? "A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted."

That's how I felt these past few months, merely empty and unable to do what He has called me to do. That is the life of we the few, the public and the next leaders of the free world, unable to show public grief and unable to be just human. For that reason and that reason alone, I chose not to draft paper to pen or type a written word, but rather allowed my frustration to spill out on the airwaves of Cable TV while choosing to bar the typed word.

I know it has been what seems like a lifetime since I have last Blogged, but frankly life has kept me from doing what I do best, which of course is granting the preparation of life for all who read me.

Over the next few days, weeks and months, I will of course be dealing with a flurry of issues both Nationally and Statewide.

Being created for times such as these, I encourage you to follow me with an open mind and an open heart as well.

We have begun the decent into the beginning of the end, and now more than ever is the essential part of 'A time to speak' (Ecclesiastes 3:7), for if not now not ever and if not ever I am forever answerable unto God.

To those of you who call me your enemy, know this: I fear you not, for if God is with me, who can be against me?

The Good, The Bad and The Wealthy Man In the City of Waterbury

If there was ever a tale that best told a story about the good, the bad and the wealthy in Waterbury, one only needs to read the Front Page story found in today's Waterbury Republican Newspaper. It seems that the Waterbury's now retired Water Superintendent struck a high stakes payout that if left unchallenged will allow him to begin collecting a monthly check that is nothing more than immorally legal thievery from the city. At issue is a sweetheart of a deal that allows Kenneth R. Skov more than double what the average city employee should get and to add insult to injury a green light that allows him to start confiscating taxpayers dollars a decade to early.

Any clear thinking person can rationalize the morally void specifics of this are just too stark to accept. The fact that Wealthy Man Jarjura believes Skov should begin to collect $67,000 a year as of Sept. 1 to fulfill the city obligations detailed in his lucrative employment contract that the Wealthy Man agreed to in 2002 tells me all I need to know about the status quo of Waterbury Politics at it's best.

Now the meat of the matter is this, according to published reports: "If his retirement plan is approved, former superintendent [of the Bureau of Water] Kenneth R. Skov will cost Waterbury residents at least $737,825 more over the coming 11 years than the city's Retirement Board is willing to give him. That contract, which Jarjura negotiated with him in 2002, agreed to credit Skov with two years of service for every year worked, thus giving him a big boost in his post-retirement city
earnings"

To hear Jarjura tell it, one would have to believe that Skov was another pillar that kept the sky from falling on this Great City as he was a key player in a lawsuit way back when. As a result he was given a sweetheart deal with his good friend Jarjura, or maybe not as Jarjura seems to, according to the newspapers quote " blames that on former Mayor Philip A. Giordano, who hired Skov." How convenient.

One wonders if that sweetheart pension of over $700k to the water and taxpayers bill was recouped in that high stakes lawsuit.

At this moment, I am certain we all should rest and look the other way because Jarjura, according to the paper " went on to say he could have tried to strip it from Skov's contract, but Skov would have quit if he had tried to get rid of that perk or the 2-for-1 clause. In the end, that is what prompted Skov to resign." So by Jarjura's logic the ends [a sweetheart deal] justified the means, [he quit in any event]. Now I understand completely!

Currently, the retirement Board weighed in on this and credited Skov with 13 years of city service, which is how long he actually worked for the city, instead of the 21 years credited by his employment contract, according to a pension worksheet. They also did not allow Skov to boost his pension by using unused sick time to pump up the base pay figure at the heart of most municipal pension calculations which calculates t an additional $46,036, to bolster the base pay figure used to calculate his pension.

Now if Wealthy Man has his way Skov gets to up his yearly base pay from $103,000 to $149,055 for the purpose of calculating his pension.

The paper went on to report that Skov was unreachable for comment, I for one disagree. It appears Skov said all we needed to hear from 2002 when the contract was signed up to his departure to take another job.

I for one am all for fair, and stupid is as stupid does, something Jarjura and company has proven for far too many years. To me fair is this: Allow Skov to collect his pension in 2022 at the rate of $29,653 yearly, which is what he is entitled to. The pension would be withdrawn directly from the pension fund.

If that does not work, I suggest this. Let's sue Mr. Skov for an unfair, deceptive and misleading contract and bring Mr. Jarjura in as a additional party defendant. His gross negligence and usurpation of due diligence certainly exposes him to some form of liability.

Either way, at the end of the day any clear thinking attorney is certain to convince a judge that these sweetheart deals were not only unfair and deceptive but equally appalling to those dedicated workers that put in their 30+ years and seek only what is fair and equitable, something the spirit of any law would not allow.

Although this recent outrage turns the stomach of all of us taxpayers, it speaks more of the reality of where we stand in the City of Waterbury today.

I for one believe that the corrupt and avoidance of common sense by Michael Jarujura has brought this once rising star back down again. When the head is sick, the body is far from an illness, ours being higher taxes, greater unemployment and a weaker business base. But then again, this is just another example of the Good, the Bad, and the Wealthy Man in The City of Waterbury.

It was no surprise that the bilking of $1.6 billion by the CEO's of 17 banks would go un-punished, unless of course one actually believed the tough talk of outrage that wasn't actually existed regarding the pay of these legalized robbers parading around as bankers. It seems that of which went beyond the normal limits of pay for these immorally bankrupt hoodlums will now be let go and swept under the rug by the Obama pay czar, grossly absent of a fight or even a word muttered.

Kenneth Feinberg, the gutless puppet of the current Resident of the White House, Barrack Hussein Obama, made widely known on Friday that he would not so much as even attempt to seek reimbursement of the $1.6 billion in compensation legally bestowed to top executives at the bailed-out banks. His reasoning; he thought shaming them was punishment enough. How noble.

The problem is however, his carefully orchestrated "decision" to allow such legalized thievery speaks bounds for the current state of affairs of the United States of America with one of the greatest of the seven sins of our Country being revealed: greed

I take exception to such ludicrous policy choices, not because I am envious of those that are excessively possessing material wealth, but rather because I challenge their ability to accomplish such feats at the expense of We the People and our children and their children and all future generations that have now become enslaved to the banking masters.

I like so many other of the working class American populace have fallen victim to the slavery of credit issued by the elite few. If it was not enough that they have orchestrated the great collapse our economy through greed an manipulation one only needs to look at the equitable conditions set forth within the failed leaders policies that allow continual consumption of debt slavery and court systems that allow such criminalities against the back bone of America to not only exist, but advance with ease.

In a Capitalistic society, one builds an economic system that is characterized by private and corporate ownership of capital goods and investments that are determined by private decisions, prices, production and the distribution of goods that are determined by competition in a free market. All this of course is subject to the adherence of moral and just decision making void of greed and manipulation, something the banking system somehow forgot.

According to Wikipeida online dictionary, a Ponzi scheme
"is a fraudulent investment that pays returns to separate investors from their own money or money paid by subsequent investors, rather than from any actual profit earned." That pretty much seems to sum up the banking system to me.

If it were not bad enough that the Ponzi Scheme derived by the elite few which inflated home values, market conditions and whatever else these sickofints did legally and or otherwise gave great contribution to the sufferance of We the People, to allow such duplicity of thievery and banditry of any American by taxpayer monies is categorically wrong, illegal, unethical and immoral; period.

An AP article published today is quoted as saying "Among the companies Feinberg did not pursue were two whose bailouts are expected to cost taxpayers more than $38 billion: American International Group Inc. and CIT Group Inc. He also ignored excessive pay at Wall Street powerhouses such as Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., which reaped massive profits from government efforts to stabilize the financial system. They had no trouble repaying their bailouts. He said a fight with those banks could have exposed them to lawsuits from shareholders trying to recapture the executives' money, and he did not think that would be fair."

Apparently Mr. Feinberg believes it is more fair and equitable to advocate for the assailant as opposed to the victim, something that is ever so prevalent in American Government today.

My issue is this: the same people that had their little keesters saved by the taxpayers of this country responded with the confiscation of wealth by giving themselves huge bonuses all the while that many of our fellow Americans lost their jobs and their retirements due to Wall Street greed.

You can talk about cutting taxes and reducing spending all you want, unless and until moral and just Statesmen [and woman] resolve in their hearts to take leadership roles in this country, throw the greed stricken bums out and unite with morality and ethics in combating the cancerous cells of greed and wealth confiscation, the status quo which is not working shall remain.

A Con Artist by any other name is still a swindler who exploits the confidence of his victim, something in which the bakers have legally perfected.

A Clearly Elite and Arrogant Persona

Although it was not my intention, I could not help but once again strike pen to paper in response to the arrogance that of Lt. Gov. Michael Fedele and Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton were forced to participate in Monday, July 12, 2010.

On that fateful day, Republican endorsed front-runner Tom Foley went to Hartford Superior Court trying to limit the choice of the people by blocking the State Elections Enforcement Commission from awarding Fedele and Boughton $2.1 million in campaign funds.

At issue in Foley's lawsuit, which was filed against the State Elections Enforcement Commission the day after the panel awarded $2 million to finance the joint campaign of Fedele and Boughton, is whether the $250,000 needed to qualify for the public funding came to them legitimately. The Foley camp claims that when Fedele and Boughton decided to pool their funds after raising small contributions to qualify separately for public financing, they wound up receiving checks from the same people. Foley has taken exception with about $25,000 worth of the $250,000 needed to qualify for the public funding, claiming it came to them in this manner and is in violation of the $100 per donor limit.

Now here's the problem with Foleys argument: Fedele and Boughton only formed a joint committee on July 1, after each had raised their respective capital separately. At the time, they were clearly independent candidates for governor and there certainly was no intent to usurp the law. The elections commission approved their application for an election grant a week after their joint filing. The request for an injunction was filed the following morning, by the Foley campaign in an obvious challenge designed to cause the maximum damage to the Fedele-Boughton campaign. Of course this is an allegation that Foley's lawyers strongly dispute. I guess we are to somehow believe Mr. Foley has the good of the people in mind even though his campaign had not exhausted all administrative remedies before going to court, something logic questions.

To add insult to injury, the campaign of Oz Griebel, the third Republican candidate for governor, has now joined the Foley campaign in asking the Court to deny public financing to the Fedele-Boughton team, how noble.

There is a major unintended disclosure that any clear thinking voter can see when one properly analyzes the tag team effort of Foley and Griebel. You see without public financing, the ruling will effectively muzzle the Fedele-Boughton campaign for the rest of the primary election. The reason being is because they will not be able to match Foley's and Griebel's television and radio advertising and mass mailings, something Foley and Griebel are certainly counting on.

All of this begs the questions to be asked: Is Fedele that much of a threat to Foley and Griebel that he must be silenced? Or: Are they both [Foley and Griebel] clearly that weak that unless they silence Fidele they are unable to supersede his ability to win?

Either way, they are both tyrants in the making.

I author this Blog not so much as I support Fidele, as I do not know him, but rather as I do not support tyrant like behavior. Up until this time, I remained open minded about Griebel, that of course has now changed.

I had reasonable expectations that the likes of Foley and Griebel would have had some integrity. I guess at times I to should expect to be disappointed as well. In retrospect however their actions are nothing more than self incrimination of their clearly elite and arrogant persona, something the voters of Connecticut clearly do not need.

A House Divided

I myself have rather grown tired of the infectious, comatose and devoid lack of common sense that the majority of Americans have welcomed within their everyday lives. With such catastrophic events taking place within the border's of the world's only super power, desolation and destruction are seen to those with opened eyes not that far off in the distance. Logically speaking, the destructive trees of socialism are just before the forest of communism.

America, in far contradiction to the every so degrading opinion of elite few; is not a nation of cowards or self seeking "crackers", as some of the most logically depraved misfits have declared. I am mad as hell and I am not going to take it anymore.

Clearly, the arrogance and disdain that our local and state governments, Congress, House of Representatives, and President have shown us with their total disregard for the Constitution has now mutated to such a level of catastrophic proportions, one of which this country has never seen nor clearly can support much longer.

The solemn duty of our government is to obey the Constitution, secure our borders, maintain a general level of stability and peace while limiting itself in size; something our failed leaders both democrat and republican alike are unable to do.

Unemployment is reported to be hovering around 9 ½%. I for one believe these numbers are rather conservative and expect a more realistic percentage of Americans out of work is around 35%, and the stark reality is that each and every household financial budget has been raped, pilfered and it's American dream usurped by a clearly ignorant and defiant group of elected officials.

It is not enough that our hard earned salaries have been confiscated to bail out corrupt industries, support criminals that reside in this country without permission while rewarding them with social security benefits and health care, but those same very jobs with which once served to finance such lunacy have now been sent over seas to make other countries grow more economically than ourselves.

All the while, main stream American media is more concerned about Mel Gibson, Lindsey Lohan and whatever other idiotic "feature of the day" would distract the clearly uninformed and unconcerned average American.

My dear brothers and sisters wake up and smell the coffee. Corruption, greed and depraved arrogance reek in the nostrils of liberty and we must do something about it. Starting today, everywhere in America there is an opportunity to be heard. These opportunities include but are not limited to Tea Party and Anti Tax Rallies, talk shows, legally sanctioned elections and open office seats up for election.

Let our traitorous elected officials know that we are Mad as Hell and We are not going to take it anymore. After all, a house divided will certainly fall.

A RINO in the Courtyard

As the August 10, 2010 Primaries heat up, Tom Foley, the endorsed Republican candidate for Connecticut governor, ran off to court on Friday on a quest to halt one of his potential equals who may very well challenge Foley's political aspirations, from receiving more than $2 million in public funding.

Foley's campaign asserts that Lt. Gov. Michael Fedele and his running mate, Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton, failed to meet their legal obligations necessary to receive the funds from the state's Citizens Election Program.

An Associated Press Article portraying the story quotes Justin Clark, Foley's campaign manager; as follows: "This is going to be indicative of what goes on in a Foley administration, no more game-playing. People need to play by the rules." Oh really? How noble Mr. Foley, and according to you the "rules" are to tie your opponent up in court by usurping his ability to move forward with campaign funds?

Now Foley, an outspoken critic of the public financing system, can well afford to finance himself and has nothing to lose and everything to gain by frustrating Fedele and Boughton if even for a few days. The primary is a little over four weeks away and every day is valuable for Fedele and Boughton to get their message out. Foley, no idiot knows this and clearly is utilizing a political ploy to achieve this.

Now I for one certainly have a hard time believing candidate Foley can relate to me and my economic hardships and for that reason alone had luke warm support for him at best. His rather aggressive and un-necessary attempt to disenfranchise the Republican voters, seeking to win by deceit as opposed to merit only serves to distance the divide between him and I even greater. I believe his actions are nothing more than that of a democrat in all aspects.

Clearly a Governor Foley will be nothing more than a RINO in the courtyard, something substantially less than the good people of Connecticut can afford to tolerate.

An Anniversary of Failure

As one of the greatest founding fathers John Adams once said: "The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. If 'Thou shalt not covet' and 'Thou shalt not steal' were not commandments of Heaven, they must be made inviolable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free."

What a noble idea. Sadly however nobility is far lacking in today's elected society and this being the 5^th anniversary of failure, such ideas require my attention.

I must admit, since the inevitable error of the United States Supreme Court's Kelo vs. New London decision, wherein the Court sanctioned the taking of private property of one American to give to another, I have always had, since that time forward, a rather doubtful opinion of the ability of our highest court to protect the rights of our citizens.

Right on cue however is a breath of fresh air with Republican for Connecticut Attorney General Martha Dean. If it were not enough that Ms. Dean clearly intends to restore integrity and original intent into the office of Attorney General, something which most notably has been grossly lacking in the last twenty years, one only needs to examine Ms. Dean solely on her recent statements to get a look at exactly what type of Attorney General she will be.

A recent article quotes Ms. Dean as follows: "As Attorney General I will propose reforming Connecticut's eminent domain laws to ensure that the type of eminent domain abuse that was allowed to occur in New London cannot reoccur".

At issue with the Kelo vs. New London decision was the very questionable confiscation of private property in this rural New England Town. Martha Dean clearly points out that the original intent of eminent domain was traditionally limited to public projects that would actually be used by the public, such as town halls, school buildings, roads, libraries, and so forth. After a rather broad and significant interpretation of "public use" in the 1950's by the U.S. Supreme Court, the term "public use" included the condemnation of private property to correct blighted urban areas.

Although the reasons for eminent domain reform are clear, the unintended consequences serve as a reminder in the New London case wherein homeowners lost their homes and there is nothing to show for the loss that the government imposed.

Martha Dean recently made the following observations of fact that further support why change is needed: "The homes in New London's Fort Trumbull area that were taken by the government for development sit vacant with weeds growing where there were once lawns and gardens. The city development authority's plans for redevelopment were focused on Pfizer's long-term commitment to the area, yet Pfizer has moved away and taxpayers are being forced to pay $35 million to entice another company to move into Pfizer's now-abandoned offices. As Attorney General I will propose reforming Connecticut's eminent domain laws to ensure that the type of eminent domain abuse that was allowed to occur in New London cannot reoccur,"

For 20 years Connecticut had an Attorney General that had little time on his hands to represent the true interests of those that placed him into office, especially when their most prized and sacred possession; their home was being confiscated. While chasing Connecticut business out of State, running after cameras, mis-speaking about his veteran service in a foreign war, and what ever else Richard Blumenthal did top acquire his $65 million treasure chest he also somewhere lost touch with We the People. It is time that dereliction of duties changes so we are ensured the next Attorney General of Connecticut does not allow history to repeat itself.

It is no secret that the duties of the Attorney General are far reaching and include making legislative proposals, providing opinions on the constitutionality of proposed legislation and, at times, existing law, and otherwise protecting Connecticut citizens from an abuse of state authority. Something Martha Dean clearly understands.

If Connecticut is ever going to move forward and away from this prominent abyss of failure, it must first require an Attorney General that has moral, ethical, clear thinking and articulate counsel, all traits that adequately favor Ms. Dean and are painfully a challenge to her opponents. Without such, we will all too often experience an anniversary of failure once again.

Abrogated Intelligence

With slightly more than a month to the August 10, 2010 Primaries, wherein We the Clear Thinking People will undoubtedly attempt to instill our common sense into the rest of those who find it challenging to reach some form of general intelligence, I cannot help but Author an opinion on exactly what should be done and why.

Clearly, there are numerous primary challenges, many inspired by the sincere desire to be morally correct and resourceful, while other is; well shall I say more of the same ol' same ol'.

Whether one agrees or disagrees with my opinion one thing is abundantly clear and that is my sincere honesty. A clear thinking person should never have to guess my position as I certainly and without regard to party loyalty speak what I think and think what I speak.

Like many, I have grown tired of the status quo as it is ever so clearly not working. I recognize that things must change and they must change quickly as our inability to orchestrate a turn for the better becomes more difficult as the days go by.

Each day that passes, we face an economic failure which if continually left unchecked and unresolved will become far greater than the great depression of the 1930's. Record deficit spending, continually higher taxes and a morally devoid set of incompetent leaders all work together to formulate a catastrophic end to the greatest nation in the world, the United States of America.

If there is anything that is responsible for the
true economic failure of our nation, it is the Incumbent policies and Party Establishments that have served to make the American taxpayer insensitive to deficit spending, punish honest working people for their success by penalizing us of over half of our hard earned dollars, discourage half of the American population from exercising personal responsibility, and promoting government dependence.

In the name of being fair and equitable, expressing compassion and social justice, the incumbent Democrats and Republicans have so thoroughly undermined the Capitalistic system that America was built on that nearly ten percent of all those willing and desiring gainful employment are robbed of an opportunity to retreat from economic failure at the hand of these over bearing far reaching sickofints we call "elected leaders". The end result is a weakened country due to the greater economic decay which inevitably follows what I like to call inadequate intelligence.

As we grow ever closer to Primary Day, it is necessary that clear thinking voters realize that incumbents are not the solution to our problems but rather the cause. People have no alternative but to educate their friends and neighbors that it is essential that they realize these incumbents, ir-regardless of their party affiliation, current or prior office, whatever the case may be; have failed us. Simply put if they are affiliated with their Party Establishment, held a prior office in government, seek a higher office or are seeking another term; returning them for another term of failure is simply not an option.

Clearly, the lack of true and meaningful leadership has earned them the revocation of voter trust and accordingly they need to rejoin the real world.

To invoke anything less would be Abrogated Intelligence, period.

A Horse of a Different Color

Far be it from me not to have an opportunity to dissect Republican Ross Garber, a well-known attorney and Republican Establishment fellow that is now running for attorney general.

In case you missed it, and not to drudge up the past; Garber is former Governor John G. Rowland's attorney, representing then Governor Rowland during the impeachment inquiry in 2004.

My problems with Garber for A.G. are numerous, so where to begin should be a relatively easy task.

First and foremost Garber is a "Party Establishment Boy" deep rooted within the failed Connecticut Republican Party. You see not only is he former Governor Rowland's Attorney, but Garber is also a "political bedfellow" who shares in the current state of disgrace of whatever it is these useless Connecticut State Central – Republican Party Members do these days.

To add insult to injury, Garber is also the brother in-law to Democrat Susan Bysiewicz, who was also in the race for A.G. until the Connecticut Supreme Court slapped her aspirations down due to her abundant lack of qualifications. Given the outcome of her court challenge, that of in itself begs the question to be asked: Just how competent of a Attorney could Garber be?

Logically speaking, if one is unable to form an opinion of abandonment on Mr. Garber from his defense of Governor Rowland alone, one only has to assimilate to reason number two, wherein Mr. Garber 's family ties are to a well known Democratic Establishment figure that allowed him to quite obviously offer reasonable counsel as to the strategy of reason and inevitable court challenge in which Ms. Bysiewcz attempted to arrogantly usurp the office of Attorney General, despite the very clear and obvious mandates of state law regarding active experience, in which she fell far short.

A recent article, published shortly after Garber announced his run for A.G. quoted him as saying "Connecticut needs an attorney general who will vigorously and diligently represent the state and its citizens, and who will do so without grandstanding or self-promotion''. Hmmm sounds like another Blumenthal to me.

Although I agree with Mr. Garber that Connecticut needs an Attorney General, I have a more realistic view on the moral and ethical requirements of that office and I highly doubt he is the person for the job. I make this statement with full confidence based on the recent ridiculous attack on Mr. Garber's opponent Martha Dean from him and his camp.

You see Martha Dean, who is the convention-endorsed Republican candidate for attorney general, did something that she is most noted for, but certainly holds as her greatest weakness if you listen to Garber and his sickofint campaign camp: She spoke her true beliefs. Yesterday an Editorial in the Republican American Newspaper wrote "and for choosing not to obfuscate, to sugarcoat, to doublespeak, to adhere to the conventional wisdom, to say poll-tested thoughts that aren't her own, she has been demagogued by her primary opponent… " which is Mr. Garber.

The Editorial goes on to express the foundational truth that there was nothing about her opponents position that " even remotely attempted to rebut her argument that society would benefit if children learned about guns, firearm safety and the crucial role guns play in protecting people's lives, liberties and property. The best her GOP opponent, Ross Garber, could muster was: "It is certainly not the attorney general's job to give our schoolchildren guns."

It is of my factual opinion that if it is not enough that Mr. Garber has catastrophic political liabilities and strong ties to both the democratic and republican establishment one needs to only focus their attention on his gross mischaracterization of Ms. Dean's position. Mr. Garber is nothing more than a miscalculating cheap shot artist that hurls mindless insults of the highest order and in doing so tells voters all they need to know about Mr. Garber's suitability for office.

Garber simply is unqualified by all moral accounts, and although he may be nothing more than a R.I.N.O. [Republican In Name Only], he surely is nothing more than a jackass parading around as a horse of a different color, something substantially less than the good people of the Connecticut deserve.

Another Self Medicated Politician

If there is any doubt as to how severely and to what extent the "Teflon Don" of Attorney Generals, Democrat Richard Blumenthal; has placated a double standard between his not so ethical portrayal of the People's Attorney and how under his watch he kept shop, one only needs to inquire into the review of his office.

It seems a recent editorial in today's Waterbury Republican Newspaper brought to light some very disturbing and distinct suggestions that Tricky Dicky may in fact have a dual personality malfunction disorder.

The Article is quoted as follows:

"According to the state's auditors, Mr. Blumenthal should have spent more time minding his own store. Their little-publicized review of the attorney general's office found a number of serious deficiencies, if not outright violations of the law, when it came to managing personnel, finances and outside contracts. They found Mr. Blumenthal:

■ Let subordinates to abuse their compensatory-time benefits.

■ Regularly failed to deposit large payments to his office within statutory time limits, costing the government (taxpayers) interest income.

■ Committed a major accounting lapse by overstating more than $360,000 in receivables.

■ Routinely spent money before receiving authorization or after authorizations had expired.

■ Exceeded contractual limits on payments to outside attorneys and then regularly made those lawyers wait for their checks, some for as long as two years. (Maybe if Mr. Blumenthal pushed his more than 300 assistant attorneys general a little bit, he could spare taxpayers the additional expense of hiring extra legal help to handle his hyperactive caseload.) For his part, Mr. Blumenthal offered excuses and rationalizations to pardon his mismanagement, none of which he would accept if they came from a business he was intent upon suing."

It is no surprise that Blumenthal has made a 20 year habit out of traveling around the State and Nation seeking out each and every opportunity he could for his overextended 15 minutes of fame as Connecticut Attorney General. His adventures have included but were not limited to: testimony in Washington, actively entertaining parade watchers, impromptu news conferences announcing what windfall judgments he obtained against evil corporations [despite the fact that the truly guilty were let off easy ie: Ameriquest Mortgage], swaying public opinion favorably in his direction by addressing civic organizations, actively attended political and union rallies, lying…er ah "misspeaking" about his heroism that wasn't in the Vietnam War and let us not forget helping to close the doors of a local computer shop at a cost of several millions of dollars to Connecticut Taxpayers and so on and so forth and so whatever else double standard politicians seem to do these days.

The simple fact remains that for 20 years the pompous Mr. Blumenthal has spent two decades as a legalistic dictator that demanded companies large and small across Connecticut and America run their entities in a manner he demanded without any flexibility for the slightest grace for unintended error. At every opportunity, he morphed into a publicity seeking opportunist in an attempt to make himself ever so known to Connecticut households as the seeker of justice who routinely ran down each and every person who opposed his not so noble causes. While it is clear that Mr. Blumenthals actions as Attorney General are reprehensible and double natured in principal, virtue and fact, there is a greater issue at large which requires every clear thinking voter in Connecticut to consider.

Mr. Blumenthal is a byproduct of what all failed politicians have in common: The Establishment, much like Senator Dodd, Harry Ried, Ross Garber and the rest of the corrupt clan; they have nothing to offer their employers the taxpayers. As a result, their double standard lifestyle of government has resulted in choices that are clearly contrary to the good of the people, serving only to oppress them. Rather than advance freedom and democracy while aiding fundamental moral and economic growth, they the willing have disgraced themselves and the reality of what is right and true.

As a result, we the people have suffered greatly and as such experienced the unintended consequences of another self medicated politician.

The Fundamental Purpose of Life

There is a stark reality that exists wherein those of common sense are separated from all others. I would ask one to forgive me on my choice of words, but that would imply I was ashamed of my position which is not only a foundational truth from the beginning of time, but accordingly would imply that I have doubt in my position, both of which is something as those that know me best will affirm never happens.

As for me, if I am to speak on a particular issue, I will do so with complete confidence that my position is correct, carefully reasoned in my own mind, and well thought of prior to a justifiable conclusion. I have no interest in political notoriety, public approval or anything else that derails them from us. In fact my only interest is to join my fellow Americans and bring this country back to the wonderful place it was first intentioned by God for it to be and recognized by our founding fathers as the necessity of its success.

It is no surprise to anyone that times are tough. People are losing their homes, jobs, cars and American dream while those who have been placed in the highest trust of We the People have usurped their integrity for greed and power which truly isn't.

The problem is as clear as it could be and no one should make the mistake of failing to see it for what it really is. I can assure everyone that I agree that high taxes, increased spending, far reaching effects of government, attempted social and economic designation of races and the ill fated plot of solving every problem by the throwing around of money are a serious and catastrophic threats to our lives, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Never the less however, after great contemplation and deliberation I have searched and searched for the solution to each and every issue that we face today.

I have come to the conclusion that although the above are a very real and apparent threats to our cities, towns, states and nation, within themselves they are merely unintended consequences of the true and immediate problem, which if continued to remain unchecked will without any doubt ultimately destroy what so many have died over the years for to save; our freedom.

You see, those each and every one of us have elected into office are the real problem, democrat and republican alike, no matter what their affiliation; whether incumbent or party establishment. They are the problem, period. They are a group of ill intentioned misfits that have been devoid of a life or real purpose and have thus sought to fulfill their shortcomings by placing sufferance on us, the ones who placed our trust in them and their corrupt ideals in the first place.

To each and every one of them that failed, neglected or otherwise refused to have compassion or encouragement for their fellow man, they hijacked the noble purposes and intent of welfare for a lifestyle of enslavement that only serves to aid them in their never ending power grab at job security. For others, those of them that are unable, unwilling or just inadequate in successful achievements within a capitalistic economy, they seek to regulate and tax business and corporate America into some fairy tale monster whose only breath of life is the fantasized creation in which they first made. Others of them have become forgone conclusions of failure by the mere fact that campaign on a platform that is not only impossible to achieve but is quite truthfully the greatest example of self failure anyone could ever demonstrate.

Whichever one they may be at this point, the simple fact remains they must leave, either willingly or by choice of the people. In doing so we will not only purge ourselves of inadequacy, but simultaneously advocate the fundamental purpose of each and every purpose of life we were created for, the return to the natural morality of success. Won't you join me today?

An Economic Wardrobe of Sorts

As a child, one of the greatest fairytales of all time was the Emperor’s New Clothes. For those of you who do not remember, "The Emperor's New Clothes" was about two weavers who promise an Emperor a new suit of clothes invisible to those unfit for their positions or incompetent. When the Emperor parades before his subjects in his new clothes, a child cries out, "But he isn't wearing anything at all!"

Well here we have it. “Companies are spending again, and that could mean better economic times ahead.” an article reports.

It seems that businesses are investing more money in machinery, computers, steel and other metals in three of the past four months and the liberals are salivating at their mouths. There is the appearance of economic growth in the second quarter and the hope that this in turn may lead to more jobs later this year. Always hating to be the bearer of bad news, I would suggest not rejoicing so fast.

Although the left is quick to give their Messiah Obama the nod of financial nobleness and quickly claim a victory over this War on Recovery, a revelation of Economic Wardrobe is about to unfold.

As is always the case, the liberal agenda in a never ending fantasy; fails to remember its shortcomings and economic failures which are the unintended consequences of its Economic Flavored Kool-Aid.

The numbers are out once again, and a realistic dissection of what is really taking place will reveal the stark reality that the worse is yet to come. You see even though the rate of layoffs slowed last week, the fact that the number of people seeking first-time jobless benefits remains about the same as in January. Add to the equation that the unemployment rate has been stuck near double digits all year long while consumer and businesses alike continue to remain cautious about spending and one can surmise that the truth is a foundational warning of the coming days.

Let us go back for a moment to Economics 101: In order for an economy to recover from a recession, which is nothing more than a mere correction of the Free Enterprise / Capitalistic Market when clear thinking Americans finally catch up with liberal Government and Union greed that ultimately fueled the excessive taxes and reckless spending, there must be a realistic opportunity for businesses to grow and expand. That opportunity can only be brought out by cutting taxes and encouraging growth in the private sector so that job creation may take place and consumer confidence can return.

Given the above scenario, one only needs to look at the revelation of truth that there remains stubbornly high levels of unemployment requests for jobless aid as the indicator that hiring remains weak. As hiring remains weak, economic recovery is nearly unattainable, period. Looking shortly beyond the liberal spin, one can only conclude that the economy in fact is falling far short of a recovery.

Being as President Bush’s tax cuts expire on December 31, 2010, main stream and Corporate America alike will all face substantial tax increases. This of course will cripple the already fractured and bankrupt U.S. Economy. Not to worry though, as the Economic Flavored Kool-Aid is continued to be poured out, the partakers of fate will no doubt declare that Emperor Obama has a new Economic Wardrobe. Of course those of us lacking common sense and overflowing with incompetence will be unable however to see them.

Taxable Deductions That Merely Exist

The liberals and the ACLU are certain to be in a conflict with their common sense based on a proposed example of clear thinking by Sen. Orrin Hatch, a Utah Republican. It is a rather impressionable revelation of intelligence Sen. Hatch has had, which I might add is something that has been devoid within the Senate establishment these days.

It seems Mr. Hatch proposed last week that people endeavoring to collect unemployment benefits and/or those seeking to benefit financially by the rest of us hard working taxpayers via Welfare, be required to exert the ability to sustain a clean drug test before they can receive benefits, something I believe would be in every taxpayers best interest.

It is a fact that far too many Americans have succumbed to the dangerous and comfortable lifestyle of dependency that the cocktail of drugs and federal entitlements have fostered. Recent studies indicate that 70% - 90% of all child welfare expenses are a direct result of adult parental drug addiction, how comforting.

Sen. Hatch suggests such a system would save money and reduce the deficit, presumably by virtue of withholding benefits from those who fail drug tests. Although many clear thinking Americans agree with Sen. Hatch’s proposal, but for very different, moral and logical reasons.

If one were to search our U.S. Constitution, it would be very apparent, even to the most far reaching liberal that nowhere is it mandated that financial assistance is a "Right". In fact only the Godless left wing liberals have turned the noble design of welfare from being a hand up to a handout lifestyle. With that being said, one has no other choice but to ascend to the fundamental truth that financial assistance to the “impoverished” is a privilege that is afforded by each and every hard working American Taxpayer that is ready willing and able to take personal accountability for not only themselves and their family, but for those that their hard earned tax dollars support.

As such, it goes without saying that someone who is a receiver of these benefits should in no way be allowed to participate in the illegal act of substance abuse, period.

Although the liberal spin accuses "We the nasty clear thinking populace" of seeking only to hurt the children, the stark reality is a home fostered with tolerated drug abuse is a greater evil inflicting harm than any conservative value of common sense could ever be.

Unless and until the general populace confronts the enabling evil combination of poverty, entitlements and drug addiction for what it really is; a lifestyle of entrapment by criminal design, We the People can expect nothing less than taxable deductions that merely exist.

Mentally Deficient Non Law Abiding Citizens

It is the solemn duty and fundamental purpose of government to protect its people by providing the maintenance of basic security and public order, unless of course you err on the side of ill judgment and cast your support in the direction of illegal law breakers.

Arizona Senate Bill 1070, is the nation’s toughest bill on illegal immigration that aims to identify, prosecute and deport illegal immigrants. The law is also the broadest and strictest immigration measure in generations, making the failure to carry immigration documents a crime and gives the police broad power to detain anyone suspected of being in the country illegally.

The law was in response to rampant crime by illegal people illegally immigrating to the United States from Mexico. Said crimes are ongoing and include drug trafficking, rape, murder, car jacking and whatever else it is illegal people seem to want to do.

Of course even before Gov. Brewer signed the Bill, Resident Barrack Obama criticized it in a feeble attempt to collect political capital in the defense of common criminals. In fact, Mexico’s Foreign Ministry responded in a statement that Mexico was worried about the rights of its citizens and relations with Arizona. How good is it to know a country such as Mexico is so concerned about the safety and welfare of it’s criminals.

It is now announced by Arizona Republican Gov. Jan Brewer that a fund raising campaign is being utilized in order to create a private legal defense fund to represent the state in legal challenges to its new immigration law. This naturally is in response to the obvious slew of lawsuits that will inevitably follow, as is always the case when those engrossed by misjudgment and moral contradiction choose to stand up and be counted.

Gov. Brewer launched a new website www.keepazsafe.com, which links to a state-hosted domain where supporters of the controversial law can donate to its legal fund.

What strikes me as incredibly appalling is not how Arizona is facing these numerous lawsuits over the law from both inside and outside the state, with such challengers to the law to include the Department of Justice, but rather at what lengths people will go to defend common criminals.

In countries such as Turkey, Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran, if one is found to have entered the country illegally they are detained, imprisoned and in rare cases executed. In the United States of course, the liberal bleeding hearts choose to defend the common criminal and criminalize those that defend the law. As far as one can tell, these actions are from mentally deficient non law abiding citizens.

A Furthered Permissable Act of Corruption

We have here again, a great misfortune for each and every one of us that hold a bank account or credit card. In it's never ending attempt at socialism, Congress is seeking to overhaul the financial rules in the name of nobleness that truly isn't.

While there is no doubt that the financial industry has it's own misgiving's in it's legal robbery of We the People, I hardly find the ties of some politicians writing the law less than most uncomfortable for any clear thinking American.

A slight glimpse into the never ending grab of freedom and liberties reveals that the legislation is the most ambitious rewrite of financial regulations since the Great Depression. Of course our ill fated bureaucratic pin head leaders allegedly aim to prevent a repeat of the 2008 financial crisis that propelled the economy into a deep recession.

One would think Lawmakers would have realized that it was their greed and ignorance is what brought the economy to it's knees by proportionate amounts, but given their repeat of failures past, it is highly doubtful.

It is precarious to me how people like Sen. Chris Dodd, whose wife, Jackie Clegg, serves on the board of CME Group Inc. has the audacity to end his tenure of corruptible leadership in such a fashion. But there and again we are talking about Chris Dodd, a "Teflon Political Don" so to speak in his own mind.

You see CME Group is a little known company to We the People, but has managed to spend at least $2.9 million since January 2009 lobbying on federal issues that include the financial regulation overhaul.

Interestingly enough, CME Group, formed when the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade and the New York Mercantile Exchange merged. It's obvious and apparent morph at greed is excessive and rightfully so. CME is the world’s largest futures and options exchange and as such, it has a huge stake in the overhaul.

Exchanges charge a fee for processing trades, and under the legislation, derivatives traders would have to execute over-the-counter swaps through the exchanges. CME has opposed that requirement, putting it at odds with the Senate bill.

Clegg received $153,219 in compensation from CME Group last year, divided between cash payments and stock awards, CME filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission show. Clegg’s CME stock was worth $252,642 as of the end of 2009, the latest date covered by Dodd’s new personal financial report disclosed Wednesday. Since then, she’s acquired more CME stock.

We the people need not fear though as we have been reassured that Clegg “has never been lobbyist and has gone above and beyond to ensure that her work remains absolutely independent of Senator Dodd’s work, including personally hiring an ethics attorney to review her work,” Dodd spokesman Bryan DeAngelis said in a written statement. How comforting. One can be sure that the Dodd's never speak of business in their natural course of marital bliss.

Although this is not the first time Dodd has had a personal - financial connection to an industry he’s taken a lead role in regulating, it is a greater slap in the face of those that he represents. Accordingly however we can be assured of this. The pattern of greed by the liberal democratic majority is far reaching in respect to the financial liberties We the People face.

Whether or not the permissible act of corruption remains is dependent on whether or not honest, hard working people of ethics are elected to replace the corrupt incumbents. Given the party establishments slate however, this hope of true leadership is of course is non existent. As such, the status quo of a further permissible act of corruption remains.

Half Baked Economics

If there is any doubt as to the disconnection of the electorate from the stark reality of a grossly super sized government and the unintended consequences of trying to be all things to all people, one only needs to look at several Connecticut communities that have been voting in favor of substantial property tax increases for the upcoming 2010-11 budget season.

It is inexplicable to any clear thinking American how the electorate could be so misinformed and simultaneously unwilling to buck the party establishment. The fact of course that clear thinking Americans are far and few between, is by no account a surprise to those of us that truly know.

Meanwhile, the failed elected leaders have placated the never ending misguided falsehood that reducing any proposed increase in government spending would have such far reaching unintended consequences, that if the sky did not fall it would be by some miracle of Barrack Hussein Obama himself.

The majority of the tax and spend politicians, along with their union partners have brought mystical illusion to a new level by publicly demonstrating the illogical argument that failure to support their budgets would leave local communities with a devastated police and fire department and a grossly understaffed school system. As if the bureaucratic red tapers need any further assistance in the expansion of their red tape dispersion in the name of public nobleness.

Here in Waterbury, the not so intelligent Board of Alderman flaunted a mere 30 something dollar per month increase to the average homeowner to support the never ending increase in bureaucrats and whatever may be the increased direction that bureaucrats take. The mayor himself has decided to depart his wealthy self from the embarrassed and pathetic condition he has allowed this city to take, forgetting at all costs the elderly or unemployed taxpayer on a fixed income that will now have to choose between dinner and a date with the taxman.

I myself attribute this lack of common sense to be proportioned equally by two accounts.

The first being that people are so naive and blatantly careless with their trust that they foolishly believe the resounding off election year falsehood that these budgets are so bear boned that the term "last best chance" seems somewhat non existent. In doing so, people unknowing become so deceived by the excessively sentimental mental cases of tax and spend politicians, that they fail to realize that their complaints of big and over reaching government is virtually unheard when they fail, neglect and other wise refuse to just say no to the never ending increases.

The second sin of reality is far greater than the first, whereas community minded people mutate from activist to those challenged in common sense who unintentionally support the very cause they first stood up against however boldly it contradicts the founding belief of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

In the mean time, people may talk until they are blue in the face about tea parties, tax revolts and replacing the failed incumbents that just don't get it, but the simple fact remains if people can’t or won’t control the excessive growth of taxes and government spending in their own small cities and towns, how can one possibly have the reasonable expectation to get spending under control in Hartford or Washington?

Unless and until conservative principals are not only embraced but mutate from the exception to the rule Connecticut cities and towns share the same fate each and every municipality, state and ultimately that of the country share: The extraordinary circumstance of becoming a super power who's greatest strength is it's inability to support itself, which of course is half baked economics.

A Matter of Incidental Importance

I myself must attest, I am quite surprised at the general populace. As the economy continues to spiral downward, my fellow taxpayers seem to have excelled and redefined the term for having a narrow mind.

As the days evolve, it seems we are not only enveloped by corruption, greed and a horrific display of arrogance; but an equally disturbing inability to relate the huge deficit of common sense by the body of enfranchised citizens in the name of "feel good for me lately concerns".

At stake is the very sanctity of freedom, liberty and well being of the United States and each of us who participate in the cohabitation within it glorious borders.

Usurped by a form of arrogance equated only to that of the most deviant, self indulgent and grossly devoid of righteousness form of people, the stark social and economic realities of today have not been expounded upon in a manner where the average clear thinking American is able or willing to accept what is taking place and in the most extreme cases, about to happen.

At issue is the very core of hard working Americans, each desiring to work, pay their taxes, retain their home and car while taking the path of righteousness and truth so that the next generation of our children can enjoy a greater celebration of a Nation of Godly Principals than we ourselves have.

Just prior to the Great Depression of the 1930's, the Democratic Party was in control. Utilizing wrong actions that were attributable to their bad judgments, the democrats spiraled the country down to a period of time that required the greatest effort of every American to pull together and shore up the vulnerability of the country.

The combination of ignorance and inattention of today by our failed elected leaders certainly threatens to lead us down the same path of certain failure, but for different reasons.

Today, our elected leaders have confiscated a never ending attempt at continual career devotion to their corruptible office by offering a source of life we simply can not afford. Utilizing the mentality of entitlements, they have successfully brought over 40% of people into the bondage of government provided benefits in exchange for extraordinary confidence in re-election. The unintended consequences of the grossly expanded welfare program is a government engineered social and economic class that is devoid of self esteem, confidence or education. At greater odds with the people that receive these benefits are the ones that lead them. Forever failing to advocate a position of a greater state of living, they are un-knowingly enabling the people they seek to protect to remain in the position of ill achievement.

It is a fundamental fact that you can not create a social or economic class of people by offering them something for nothing. The independent truth that a persons sense of self worth is only fully manifested by their own self achievements is ever apparent in each and every Public Housing Project across the lower 48.

With over 40% of American people failing to contribute to society, we now have in place a government that displays the following demonstration:

Far reaching with it's tax system and governmental structure
Deficit spending not because they have under taxed, but rather over spent
Seeking solutions to each and every problem by throwing money at it
Creating a social and economic class of people with entitlements

The continuance of such error will certainly cripple the United States of America as our nation continues to spiral downward and become vulnerable. The greater weakness we now have compared to The Great Depression, is as our elected leaders continue to break the back of this nation our enemies continue to prosper. Something our elected leaders view as a matter of incidental importance.

Connecticuts Unhealthy Addiction

Connecticut is an excessively taxed State. Not only is it excessively taxed, but it also has the most inordinate budget per capita in the entire country. Prior to the greatest recession since 1938; Connecticut was the wealthiest state in the country. Today, while sporting a 9.3% unemployment rate, that prestigious award is pretty much academic at this point.

Connecticut has a spending problem which is nothing new. Since the 1980's the State House and Senate has had a fixation with carrying bonded debt in the billions. To hear the democrats explain such a high amount of bond debt, one would have to be a fool to proclaim it unjust. According to those aggressively clouded by ill judgment, the vast amount of bonded debt is justified because the bulk of the it covers education. That seems a fair enough argument to the average Joe, after all good education means great kids. Of course that's not a reasonable conclusion if Joe were a clear thinking American that has laid off the Kool-Aid for some time.

I myself think education in America is a noble and valid proclamation for the future of our country, but care must always be exercised when a liberal democrat is in charge. You see at some point, the liberal super majority with the blessings of the failed republican party have acquired a truly bad habit in the name of education. Some of this senselessness includes paying an average of 20%-80% of school rebuilding projects. In New Haven alone, Connecticut in 2005; contributed over $800 million in school renovations. If a town or city in the State is lucky enough to advocate for a new brain child clinic called a Magnet School, they can get the State to pay for nearly all of the funding. Compound the illogical binding arbitration and last best offer into the mix with a little spice of unfunded mandates and see how lucky the average taxpayer is to foot the liberal doctrine.

The problem with these theories is as always the unintended consequences. It is fairly obvious, that while new schools are nice and Magnet Schools are the new craze, the simple rule of quality education and committed staff is where the intersection of common sense and discretionary spending meet their respective detours.

According to the National Center for Education Statistics, Connecticut spends $9.3 billion per year on education, or 1.18% less than the National average which is $11 billion. The problem is that Connecticut only has 53% of the students compared to the National Average. Given the expenditure spread, one would expect the National Assessment of where Connecticut children progressed in terms of education Nationally to be largely advanced. The problem is that just is not the case. Again, according to the National Center for Education Statistics, although Connecticut spends over $16,000 per child compared to the National Average of $11,000 the proof is not in the pudding. You see by spending nearly 30% more of the National Average per student the liberals proclaim "the ends justify the means". The numbers of course directly contradict that liberal philosophy.

You see the liberal agenda is simple. Throw enough money at the problem and it will fix itself. The failure behind that theory is that the solution to all problems in life is rarely attainable by payoff.

In order to adequately assess a competent solution to the education problems in Connecticut, which has largely led to budgetary problems not only on the State but local level as well, one must first conclude that the dispute is not resolved by constructing state of the art facilities, but rather state of the art Education Plans that do not line the pockets of the educators through binding arbitration and other Union perks, but rather reduces that focus of funding from them and turns it back on who it is truly intended for, the children.

Any other form is just another of Connecticut's Unhealthy Addictions.

Those That Are Greater Than I

Today, we celebrate the memory of the chosen ones. Those who chose, with the utmost valor, dignity, respect, honor and love to pursue, defend, protect and advance freedom here at home and abroad. These brave chosen ones were selfless and beholding to their God, their given principals which were instilled in their brave spirits who despite the incredible odds and circumstances would someday intersect the circumstances of right with the enemies of freedom.

The numbered many over the quantified years fought to advance a better life for each and everyone of us. The lives in total could never nearly be ascertained as the bridge from the Revolutionary War to the War on Terror is to great in length for any one person to contemplate in its entirety.

If there is any doubt in a persons heart as to the depth of sacrifice made by each and every participant that has earned the right of this day, or the inability to recognize that sacrifice, one only needs to imagine if they could that last moment in time that every fallen hero felt. Whether it was the inconceivable pain from a wound, the fear of death, the sadness of final separation from loved ones never to be seen again or a quiet sense of duty completed, not one us will ever know. It is unimaginable to judge exactly what those last few seconds of life held for each and every patriot. To the contrary, every surviving person lucky enough to ponder this great question could never nearly ascertain or connect to those feelings.

What is known is this. Each man and woman, husband and wife, father and son, mother and daughter, that sacrificed their own life, liberty and pursuit of happiness so we the people can pursue and exercise ours. They all, each and every one deserve the utmost honor and respect of of our American hearts, whether democrat or republican, conservative or liberal, adult or child.

For without their dedication, selflessness, and sacrifice each one of us would be denied the fundamental rights we have today, forever unable to understand completely the gift of democracy that each had willingly furthered. There is a fundamental fact each of us must behold: the unknown could never fully be known if it did not have the opportunity to be first revealed.

Today, join me in remembering those that are are greater than I. For they made known that which was not: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness to all Americans of yesterday, today and tomorrow. May they always be held closer to the wing of God than any other, for their sacrifice deserves no less.

Merely Things That Stay the Same

Over the last ten days or so, we have witnessed a certain travesty of honor with the grossly false but still the same callously calculated misrepresentation of facts about Attorney General Richard Blumenthal's Vietnam Record, by who else; himself.

Democratic Candidate for U.S. Senate Blumenthal was discovered to have purposely misrepresent his service in Vietnam in a manner that was so blatantly false, it was not only a slap in the face to every veteran that served in Vietnam, but it tarnished Connecticut's Teflon Don. Dicky boy had a reputation for true advocacy that wasn't as the Attorney General of Connecticut, always representing in an every so over zealous way, the good people of Connecticut, against the ever corrupt corporate America and not so corporate small mom and pop operations.

What is of a greater disturbance to any clear thinking American, not just a resident of Connecticut; is a recent Quinnipiac Univeristy Poll wherein Tricky Dicky Blumenthal clearly polls at 61% for his, and you should be sitting down: "trust and integrity."

One can't help but wonder how arrogant and manipulative the double standard and poor excuse of frail and ill constructed "trust and integrity" this incompetent career politician truly has. The pure fact that Mr. Blumenthal, who having made a career out of crucifying people who misrepresented the facts, albeit genuine or a simple mistake, had the audacity to apply the moral code of truth more strictly to those he persecuted for 20 years than to himself on behalf of those he represented as Connecticut's Top Attorney should be beyond rationalization even if one was a largely misguided liberal.

It is common knowledge Blumenthal coveted after Chris Dodd's Senate seat. His hastily arranged news conference to declare his candidacy within a mere morph of moments in the global universe after Dodd announced his much sought after retirement from corrupt DC Politics spoke loudest to we the clear discerner's of fact. Now for him to remain in the race after clearly having a grotesque amount of political and moral egg on one's face would give factual content for the constituents of Connecticut if they were in fact writing the final chapter in Mr. Sue em' all Blumenthal's Political Book, which in essence they coincidentally are.

Lucky and in love with the people if Connecticut, Mr. Blumenthal need not worry. As of lately, his constituents are clearly poor authors of fate as they are willing to support his bid for U.S. Senate at all costs. This action not only speaks of his untouchable code of not so ethical representation, fueled by an extremely and highly supportive liberally biased media in the State, but in a larger part the immoral and dysfunctional state of political mindset here in the Constitution State. This of course is a mindset fostered by the Party Establishment on both sides from their inept platform of sorry leadership.

For a man who proclaims his philosophy has always been he "will do what best serves the people of this state..." his inability to function on a level less than that of political advancement of himself only reveals a direct contradiction to that own self imposed pipe dream philosophy, orchestrated purely for the manipulation of his constituents.

In retrospect though, perhaps I am being to harsh on Mr. Blumenthal. My expectations of him falling in line to such a philosophy by just dropping out of the race was probably just an over zealous interpretation of something that was nothing more than another set of misspoken words, which of course are merely things that stay the same.

Inner Workings

There has been of lately, many different and distinct comments and accusations hurled at clear thinking people like myself. A distinct breed that we are, we have waited in the wings patiently trying to understand the process and ever willing to join our brothers and sisters and improve our cities, States, Country and yes if given an opportunity; even the world.

Our progression towards today has been cultivated by years of watching as things have regressed and worsened in all matters of life, death and taxes. Little by little, our freedom has been eroded, our liberties removed and our financial abilities confiscated for the greater benefit of those who have not.

I like so many others have watched as the trust of many has been usurped by righteously bankrupt individuals that are morally depraved and corrupt, with the distinct ability to bring instability to a greater level.

As the days go by, we instinctively understand that something is wrong. The depth of this great cavity of injustice grows substantially larger each and everyday and our understanding is equaled only by our realization that now is the time.

If left un-noticed and to it's own accord, those that are driving this great movement of sure and utter insanity will bankrupt our future and the future of our children and their children for years, decades and centuries to come.

It is all rather simple, albeit as it may be, the grievances grow each and every day. Our leadership is intellectually and fundamentally flawed. They have taxed us beyond the definition of reasonable, deficit spent us into consequential economic failure, inadequately attempt to solve each and every problem we face with tax funded money, utilize the good and noble design of welfare to buy constituent support and design a segment of social-economic class that does not exist; while ever denying inadequately funded and non politically connected people the opportunity to be heard and elected into public office.

For those of you that believe I and my partners in hope to be angry people, johnny come lately political wanna be's, people seeking to destroy the democrat and republican parties, or political hacks; I regret to inform you that you are wrong. We are not seeking to destroy America, that has been a rather successful orchestration of your inabilities for far to wrong.

What is a far greater and more completely accurate description of what we stand for is this: Life as it stands in the United States of America, it's States, Cities and Towns is fundamentally and logically inept. It is far harder than it has to be, and you have mutated us into a progression of third world status. The greater pain of taxes, deficit spending, gross mishandling of problems, bribery by welfare and entitlements, social/economic engineering and corrupt mechanisms of political control does not sit well with us.

We are not angry, we are Conservatives and this just isn't working for us anymore.

Don't Ask - Don't Tell

There is a simple and fundamental practice within the Connecticut Republican Party. If properly followed, you will be rewarded with the not so distinguished label of affiliation with the Party Establishment members. This prestigious award of inadequate nobleness allows one to help our party lose elections, nominate candidates that have absolutely no connection with main stream America, cause competent candidates to run from elected office, betray the confidence given to one by their constituent party members, opposition of the fundamental primary process and yes allowance of ones opponent to achieve a super liberal majority.

This practice has been enabled for years adequately allowing the all but decimated Connecticut Republican Party to merely exist. What once stood to be the Grand ol' Party, the American Party, the Conservative Party and the Party of Abraham Lincoln has now become the party of no. No platform, no vision, and no moral connection to their true basis of existence.

For years the conservative platform of the GOP has been eroded with the the contradiction of common sense philosophy of compassion needing to be integrated into the party in the name of progression. There is a faction who hold the fictional belief that main stream America can not accept the conservative principals of years gone by and that change is not only needed but required. The problem with that theory is the slow fade and abandonment of the core conservative values which were the founding principals of the Republican Party into the liberal ideology of the democrats, something Connecticut Republican Leadership has embraced.

In addition to that absurdity is the illogical truth that these enemies of liberty have now established a party that is in direct contradiction to the very principals that drew the conservative base to form the Republican Party in the first place. If left unchecked, this cancer of stupidity that has mutated throughout the Northeast will spread throughout the National Republican Party virtually without notice.

Clearly, the original founding principles of the Republican Party was the architect of the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution and the fundamental truth that the only purpose of government is to protect the equal natural rights of individualized citizens, period. Something the Connecticut Republican Party knows nothing of.

Through their out of control spending, over taxation, grossly over sized government, social-economic engineering through welfare entitlements, reckless expenditures of tax dollars at each problem Connecticut faces and establishment control; the good people of Connecticut have been placed in the hands of misfortune by an out of control - anti conservative group of misfits that have usurped the process of democracy.

By ensuring that only the wealthy and best connected people are allowed to run for elected office the true foundation of common sense that has worked so hard to build America, has been disallowed their inalienable right to govern our country.

If one truly believes in the core principal values of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, capitalism, limited government and minimal taxation;that first drew them into the Republican Party, then the only logical choice is to join the movement to regain control of democracy through direct involvement of the regaining control of the Republican Party. Those who are the establishment need to be evicted from their position of misguided authority and irrational thinking and replaced by principled leaders who represent the true principled philosophy of the party members, we the people.

The alternative is simple: agree with the above but "Don't ask - Don't tell" which of course is truly a liberally inspired philosophy.

Unchangeable Status Quo

Given the events of this last week, one would suppose you just can not make events like this up. The political climate and social discontentment throughout the Country speaks loudest to those that ask.

Looking beyond the headlines into the current state of affairs we see a powerful abyss of negativity and falsehood placating itself in many of our potential elected leaders. Here in Connecticut, I watched as the soon to be former Secretary of State attempted to blatantly seek the office of Connecticut's Attorney General. Susan Biesiwiecz, former candidate for AG, manipulated her experience and expertise, clearly in violation of State Statue. She received a clearly political favor from the lower court in favor of her delusional quest; which was immediately overturned 7-0 by our State Supreme Court. What made this interesting and particularly most disturbing was the fact that the Constitutional Office she sought, she sought clearly to gain in direct contradiction to State Statue and under false pretenses, something she would be swron to uphold if successful in her bid. State Statue is clear, it requires a candidate for Attorney General to have a minimum of 10 years experience as a practicing attorney. The facts that Biesiwiecz along with the Connecticut democrats who sanctioned her candidacy moved forward in contradiction to State Statue speak resoundingly clear of the mental condition of Candidate Biesiwiecz and the Connecticut Democratic Party.

Again I watched as current Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, candidate for U.S. Senate, was found out to have lied and misrepresented his Service in Vietnam. For an Attorney General, which spent all of his career as Connecticut's AG prosecuting corporations that "misrepresented" the consumers and making Connecticut the most unfriendly business state in America, I was quite appalled and insulted to hear his sorrowful excuse of merely "I had mis-spoke".

To add insult to injury, Mr. Blumenthal asserted that he could not be held accountable for the numerous stories that the press placated to the public. The current word from the Democrats, mum. This is yet another of many examples I find most disturbing. For Mr. Blumenthal to remain a candidate for U.S. Senate, campaigning on truth and reform is laughable. The fact that the Democrats say nothing nor condemn him speaks volume. Once again and clearly spoken is the mental condition of Mr. Blumenthal and his party.

It would be an inadequate misrepresentation of facts to cast judgment solely on the Connecticut Democrats alone. Although they are guilty of the highest form of election misrepresentation, they share this prestigious delusion along with the Connecticut GOP.

Now that Ms. Biesiwicz has withdrawn from the race, we learn that Ross Garber, deep rooted Republican; has thrown his hat into the race for Attorney General. In a not so historic act, he now see's the opportunity of a political lifetime. Clearly, the Republican's were well aware that Ms. Biesiwicsz was a formidable candidate for AG and that any member of the establishment party, would have an uphill battle to obtain this office.

Martha Dean, a conservative candidate, devoid of the party establishment status has been running an aggressive campaign for this constitutional office. Once endorsed by the party establishment, one can now expect candidate Dean to be thrown aside for a more "established individual" Translated an established individual is one whom can clearly raise money for the Near Bankrupt and Failed Party but not necessarily has a good platform.

The same holds true with Tom Foley who is vying for the Republican nomination for Governor and Linda McMahon who is vying for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate. Both are formidable candidates for their ability to infuse much needed money into the party. The problem is however, both are wealthy and unable to relate to the average working person they seek to represent. None of the other candidates whom have genuine ideas or solutions get a second look, period. They do not have the ability to raise capital so therefore they are not viable.

The problem with this theory as it relates tot he republicans is this. Time and time again, the Republican Party runs candidates who can bring enormous amounts of capital into their financially fractured coffers but they are nothing more than Rhinos [a republican liberal]. This causes principled supporters like myself to withhold our financial support. In turn the establishment will need to again seek candidates merely on their ability to raise funds rather than their conservative core values the next election cycle. This in turn causes the true party members to withhold support once again. So much for genuine candidates.

The democrats run candidates from the Party Establishment as well. They on the other hand do not have the economic challenges of the once Grand ol' Party. Forever beholding to the likes of Chris Dodd, Richard Blumenthal and Susan Biesiwicz; these failed party leaders continually run candidates that successfully promote their failed liberal agenda. How poetic.

Unless and until the true party faithful, which is comprised or we the people, both democratic and republican alike, bypass the party establishment, we will continually follow this quagmire of insanity, which is does the same thing over and over but expects different results.

Having viable candidates that platform off of genuine change, speak the truth and follow a clear and decisive path is the only option for each and everyone of us.

Clearly, the canyon of problems grow everyday. Certain global economic collapse is on the horizon if something does not change and change quickly. If there is any doubt one only needs to look into the not so distant history and answer the simple question: Am I better off now than I was two years ago?

If we the people do not come out this year and do what is right and regain control of our constitutional offices then we have only ourselves to thank, of course with the assistance of the unchangeable status quo.

The Politcal Leech Agenda

Every once in a lifetime, there comes a moment when one can no longer look to the insane and deprived ideology that causes all others to share in the sufferance instilled by the ill informed. For years, many have desired to be emboldened to change such depravity but perfectly content to complain only to eventually accept the Status Quo. My comments of course are projected towards the failings of our dear, Republican Party.

Any clear thinking person realizes by this point in their life that something has to be done because the very stake of freedom and liberty is hanging in the balance. Many have stated that you can't change things. The truth in the matter is it is not that you can not change things, it is rather that you won't change things.

I for one have come to the realization that life in the United States should not be this hard. After traveling extensively to third world countries, and becoming all to familiar with the struggles they face, I have come to the conclusion life here should not be this hard. People should not be beaten down to nothing, their money and dreams confiscated and their very peace of mind and will to survive challenged by an elitist group of individuals that neither know or understand what it is like to be an American Joe, what it feels like to be oppressed nor quite frankly cares.

Every election cycle, we are ever so inundated with candidates that "understand your challenged" or "pledge to make a change" but the reality is they rarely if ever can.

This week, one will suppose that each of the state parties, Democrats and Republicans alike, will be having their Conventions...[Yawn wake me up please]. This is a joke. A bunch of the Party Establishments will get together to select those whom they not us desire to represent them not us. The chosen ones, as I like to call them; on a good day are far greatly lacking in the ability to relate to the average person let alone understand what it is like to be in the trenches of life. Being as good days are hard to come by these days, that is not saying much.

The failures outlined by even the well vetted members of the Republican Party speak the loudest in spite of the fact that few are listening."Why is it I find no full conservative with a reasonable chance of winning...?

Obviously, the answer could not be any clearer even if it was attached to the nose on ones face. You will find no full conservative with a reasonable chance of winning because you have no full conservative with a reasonable chance of winning. You have no full conservative with a reasonable chance of winning because our Party and it's Hench people do not want or allow viable full conservative candidates with a reasonable chance of winning. The explanation is simple, they fear that they will lose the power in which they usurped from giving a clear and decisive victory to the Democrats, period.

This action is nothing less than a gross hijacking of depravity placated out in leech style politics. By virtue of their actions, the Party Establishment has cemented it's ability to retain control through second place governing. Clearly, they are able to pass their middle of the road liberal agenda by placating to the Democrats. How noble.

This of course does not work and never will. It clearly goes against every principle of our founding fathers. John Adams was adamant and correct that the first necessary step to good government was to depute the power from many to a few good wise men, something clearly lacking in today's arena of politicians.

The conclusion of the matter is rather simple. Bad company corrupts good character, and that of course is what is at issue once again this election cycle. The bad company of the Party Establishment, corrupts the best of our best and if unable removes any reasonable opportunity of winning from their campaign. In doing so they lavish in the spoils, which of course is a political leech's agenda.

Consistent Inconsistancies

If you are lucky enough to be a Connecticut taxpayer, you and I share a nearly $4,000.00 debt each along with all of our other fellow taxpayers. We are grateful to have this sum owed because of the consistent fiscal practices of our incumbent politicians that are grossly lacking economic responsibility.

There is a never ending quest to point fingers and lay blame by both the Democrats and Republicans alike, each respectively blaming their opponent for the financial demise we all currently face. If one truly desires to look at the root cause of this fiscal irresponsibility, one only needs to ascend to the following facts:

There is a $3+ billion dollar deficit, not because Connecticut has under taxed it's residents, but rather because it has over spent beyond it's means.
The liberal Democratic and fractured Republican Parties have persuaded the majority of Connecticut Residents that someone else is paying for the financial misgivings of these incumbents and the cost of the entitlements they give.
All of the problems our State faces can not be solved by throwing tax revenue at them.
State Entitlement Programs are not a means of achieving social goals or classes in our society.

The benefit of each and every Connecticut taxpayer to be able to contribute to the support and maintenance of its government with the most minimal intrusion on one's own economic status has been grossly usurped by the fiscal irresponsibility of our elected leaders.

The tax and spend liberal philosophy adopted by Gov. Rell, the Democratic Super majority and failed Connecticut Republican Party is an inadequate solution to a larger and more compound problem. While both parties continue to live in a world of pipe dreams and living outside of our means, we the people are continually burdened with an illogical sense of not so well being that has turned Connecticut near the brink of financial ruin.

In order for Connecticut to return to the great New England State it once was, the changing of the guard this year needs to replace each and every incumbent with fresh blood. Connecticut's elected leaders must learn the fundamental fact that you can not tax your way into prosperity, but through fiscal responsibility, you can however earn your way out of the stagnation of certain poverty by living within your means, something of course that is a Consistent Inconsistency in Hartford.

What started out as an enjoyable stop for a cup of coffee and some simple conversation served only to reinforce my passion to change the way We the People are represented.

It is illogical to me and without comprehension, just how great the divide between common sense and the in-adequateness of our leadership in our beautiful State. I was appalled and extremely disgruntled to learn that after only a few years of being constructed, a rather large center Outdoor Courtyard which formally sat between the sprawling U-Conn Waterbury Campus was destroyed in the name of grossly inspired stupidity.

This formal Courtyard featured mature landscape vegetation, flowering trees and shrubs, magnificent walkways and a plush grassed areas. One would only wish the prestigious vision encompassed by then Governor John G. Rowland, the Architectural Firm and Contractor could somehow find it's way into the yards of us common folk. Never the less, stupid is as stupid does. As is always the case in the State of Connecticut, under the fractured leadership of Gov. Jodi Rell and the Democratic Stupid Majority we once again witness our economic underachievers at their very best.

Thanks to our elected genuineness's in Hartford, U-Conn Waterbury's very own prestigious landscaped Courtyard is now undergoing a $1.3 million renovation in the name of progress, which we all know is of the utmost importance in these economic times. The realization of exterior basketball courts, water fountains and cobblestone patios is exactly what we need to spend $1.3 million dollars on or a mere 6% of the projected budget deficit we are facing. Far be it from me however to have the common sense approach to fiscal accountability like Ms. Governor Rell or Mr. House Speaker Donovan. After all they rationalized that the money was budgeted over five years ago for this project so therefore it should be spent.

I liken this philosophy to those that are economically indigent. The commonsense behind this decision is that similar to a family renovating their kitchen in spite of the fact they are over-drawn in their check book, near bankruptcy and as a result many of their family residents are unemployed because of the gross irresponsibility of their finances past. Their only rationalization: They have been saving for such a project for years and as a result have the money in an interest bearing savings account which of course should not be transferred into their overdrawn checking account.

In amplification to the above, what surprises me most is the lack of protest from the 1,000's of state worker's which have been forced to furlough over the last two years. All the while I just thought we were all working together to resolve the unfaithfulness of a tax and spend government. Silly me, this is yet just another case of Einstein Debt

A Misunderstanding of Common Sense

Yesterday, each and everyone of us were afforded the distinguished pleasure of watching the State of Connecticut utilize our hard earned tax dollars assist it in endeavoring into the Commercial Lending Business.

In a Press Release dated May 12, 2010, one would be pleased to note that their never so noble Governor Rell "Celebrated the passage of sweeping, bipartisan jobs legislation that offers incentives for employers, supports small business and emerging industries..."

I would ask you to forgive me for being just a little to suspicious and critical of Ms. Rell and her political cohorts, but after all this is Connecticut, an unusual unfriendly and expensive State to do business in. Now while there is no doubt in my mind the good Governor genuinely wishes to tout yet another example of democratic glorification to her partnered Party, this little piece of taxpayer heaven that wasn't is nothing more than a furthered example of leadership gone astray.

First and foremost, the State of Connecticut, during these volatile economic times has no business even entertaining the practice of lending taxpayer dollars; which are a rare commodity these days given the enormous budget deficits we are facing; to anyone, period.

Secondly, the restrictions this Bill places on the ability for Small Business to seek genuine tax relief and real life initiatives to develop true and unique economic growth in the Private Sector without the interference of Government goes against each and every principle of Capitalism, which is the only true economy in a free society.

Each and every attempt by a Government to gamble taxpayer dollars into the private sector to stimulate jobs and the economy is yet another opportunity to prove ineffective and failed leadership as the rule rather than the exception.

Given the fact that this Bill was passed 140-4 in the House and unanimously in the Senate, I would suggest that the liberal super majority that developed it hardly has the track record of successful economic practices in this State. For that reason, my doubtfulness of it's ability to true success is apparent and genuine on all levels. If there is any disagreement to this statement, I would direct ones attention to the record deficits we are currently facing.

With all things being equal, and politics aside, if the State of Connecticut via it's elected leaders truly desire to create a True and Genuine economy stimulated by jobs and growth I should suggest they categorically look to the immediate reduction of State spending, taxes placed upon we the people and the size of government.

Trusting Connecticut residents and small businesses with their own money is a good place to start. When residents have additional monies in their possession, they are enabled to become adequate consumers, that in turn will stimulate business to expand and create job growth that simultaneously creates tax revenue.

That of course is a simple but complete misunderstanding of common sense, if of course you are a tax and spend Connecticut liberal.

A Peculiar Idiosyncrasy

The structural behavior of our elected leaders in Hartford is most confusing. Any economically challenged person would stand in agreement with the policies of the Democratic majority and their Republican colleagues. If the incumbents are returned to office, then I for one would attest that the majority of electorate in Connecticut would be just that; economically challenged.

To the rest of us clear thinking taxpayers, we are left with the challenge of paying the price for their misgivings. Connecticut by far, is an excessively taxed State. We currently have the highest per capita tax rate that professes us to be one of the wealthiest states that truly isn't.

Our distinguished and disgraced elected leaders continue to tax and spend while permitting a shell game of confusion to surround their fiscal deceleration into sure bankruptcy. While we the people are lucky enough to face a nearly $4 billion deficit in Connecticut alone in the coming years. We are also enabled to enjoy an insulting form of stupidity by both the Democrats and Republicans alike that would surprise even the most conscious stricken derelicts of society if in fact they would take a moment to ponder their up and coming financial fate.

At stake, is the future of our children, our hard earned dollars, and the very sense of well being that this lovely New England State once held.

Today, our future would be elected leaders must thoroughly take a position of leadership that would allow them to make the hard and difficult decisions that are not user friendly to an incumbent minded candidate. Being as incumbentness is catchy, I hardly think however the chosen few will step to the plate. For the next elected leaders to step forward and truly lead, tough decisions on the size and cost of government must surely be addressed. Unions must be fought, binding arbitration must be reformed, the welfare system needs an abrupt and exact overhaul that not only addresses the life long sentence of entitlements but also treats the cancerous state of fraud that we face, and finally the size of government must be scaled back to a necessary but realistic level.

The next set of elected leaders must take bold steps to bring this State back on track even though the unintended consequences would mean certain death to their political careers.

On the flip side the alternative would be to remain status quo which we all know to be a peculiar idiosyncrasy into fiscal insanity.

A Quiet Capitulation

One might wonder, whether and to what extent foolishness prevails in modern Mainstream America today. Throughout the day, if one looks beyond the shadows of commonsense, one would find an entourage of misinformed and unconcerned societal individuals laboring under a delusional hypnosis of liberalism.

What has brought this great country to it's knees, quiet simply put is the ineffectiveness of a core belief that somehow We the People are owed more than we have earned. In amplification to this point, would be the adverse manipulation of the societal welfare system that was designed to be a hand up rather than a hand out. The creation of an abusive and enabling way of life has brought people so far into economic damnation, it would take a miracle from God to open the eyes of their common sense.

To their credit, these misinformed people have not come to these forgone conclusions on their own, but rather have allowed the attributes of economic slavery to be instilled in them through their own self identifying actions of remorse formed by the failure and weakness of their own self worth. They have emboldened themselves with the mentality of liberalism to placate their own shortcomings in which they are to blind to realize what could be corrected with a crash course in self esteem.

If one looked deeply upon the core founder's of liberalism, one would find that the founding "parents" of liberalism were nothing more than a group of depraved individuals strung out on mind altering drugs. Hardly the makings of a great and victorious change in society.

Humankind was designed by God to be a self achieving self respecting society of which Capitalism was based on. Through careful study of the genetic make-up of our own bodies, one would see that the ability of the human body to repair and heal itself as proof positive that the Almighty created both good and perfect works in each and everyone of us with the God given will to survive and achieve.

To the contrary, liberalism rears it's sorrowful head, time and time again; to destroy one's ability to be proactive and procreative. In short it contradicts each and every natural instinct of humankind. Standing for everything that contradicts the Word of God, liberalism has designated a race of ideology that stands for bigger government, greater taxes, and increased interference with a person's ability to self achieve in all aspects of a free and good society.

That of course is a quiet Capitulation to a greater evil.

Inadequate Energy Cells

There has long sense been great debates among the ineffective leadership of the Connecticut Republican Party. For years, they led me and countless others to believe that Connecticut was a "Blue State" that was just to liberal to adopt the Reagan Conservative Philosophies of the Grand ol' Party. Always bowing to the democratic liberal philosophy was the rule rather than the exception; even though the Connecticut Party Identity of the Republicans greatly contradicted that of their opponents that were not.

In the name of "Party Unity" they spoke of being "middle of the road" or "Compassionate Conservatives" in order to fulfill the great prophecy of common sense that wasn't. Throughout the 2003/2004 Re-Election Campaign of then President Bush, I watched quietly while the likes of extreme liberal idiots parading under the Republican flag passed along their extreme Pro-Choice ideology while wearing their left wing entitlement hearts on their sleeve at each and every Bush Rally they could slip their greedy little liberal cans into.

Flash forward to today and you will see nothing less than a disgraced Republican Party that lacks any self esteem, vision or Party Platform. Hijacked by power hungry sickofints that self medicate on the power they give to the democrats, is a group of individuals that do not seek out qualified clear thinking candidates, but rather individuals that charade under their misguided and twisted philosophy. Something that is extremely dangerous and sad in today's political climate.

The Bible warns us in James 1:8 that a double minded person is unstable in all of their ways, and this has never held greater truth than that which is displayed with the Connecticut Republican Party. In shambles, it is unable to even maintain a simple minority. Under it's current leadership, Mr. Healey, Mr. Gallo and Gov. Rell handed the democrats a super majority, which is not only veto proof but clearly dangerous as We the People of Connecticut have now witnessed. Having a double mind, identifying as a Republican but holding liberal values; has in fact handed the democrats this super majority on a silver platter.

Facing nearly a $4 billion deficit in the coming years, we are somehow suppose to believe that these representatives somehow have our best interests at heart. Time an time again, we are told "You do not understand, we are facing a super majority and we have to compromise to get anything done." It is my never humble opinion that compromise is nothing more than movement from your core principled beliefs which in fact was supposed to be the reason one ran for office. Once again a fine example of double-mindedness.

The Republicans have a super majority to deal with because they are double minded and unstable in all of their ways. They in fact have no direction, foundation or truth. Each and everyone of you are a disgrace and if you had any resemblance of self dignity and common belief of We the People, you would be resounding symbols on each and every public and private step that would support your sorry political bodies crying out what a disgrace the democrats are and what great injustice they placated upon your constituents; which you swore to protect.

As for me, common sense has always dictated which path I should take. I for one would rather be right than accepted, laying my head on my pillow at night, fully able to enjoy a solid 8 hours sleep, while knowing I did all that I could that day to bring my fellow man into fellowship with it's common sense.

I am thoroughly convinced that the Republican Party Leadership somehow manifests pleasure and authority off of the power it has handed to the democrats. There is clearly a lack of direction and leadership that the good people of Connecticut deserve, and unless and until like minded people of common sense realize this and join me, we shall forever be forcefully paraded throughout our lives by the evils of liberalism, which leads to certain death.

It begs the question to be asked: Are the Connecticut Republicans truly unable to handle the power of Governing or are they just rejected democrats in disguise? Either way, they are inadequate energy cells which of course shall eventually burn out, one would hope.

Stupid is as Stupid Does

Logic has never taken hold with Connecticut's Elected Leaders, and stupidity seems to be the norm. It is neither an issue of being democrat or republican. In fact if it was that complicated, life would be good. Never the less, stupid is as stupid does and stupidity is the leader of this great State.

Over the last 40 years, the population of Connecticut has been practically unchanged. According to the Secretary of State, in 1970 the population of Connecticut was about 3 million people. Fast forward to the year 2010 and one would see that the population is about 3.5 million people, give or take. Over a 40 year span, Connecticut has tanked in growth with only an average of .234% [or less than one third of a percentage point] ranking number 40 out of each the 50 States. Lucky us.

To no one's surprise however, the cost of State Government has quadrupled despite the inadequate ability of our taxpayers to be able to support such stupidity.

There is a raging gap between the public and private sector, one of which if remained unleashed will without any doubt Bankrupt us before to long. In short the financial chickens have finally come home to roost. With one of the greatest recessions since the great depression hitting our State, we the people have become all to familiar with the fundamental truth that government has become the problem rather than the solution.

There currently is a projected deficit for 2012 of $3.8 billion, yes I said billion dollars, which in my never too humble opinion is a quite low projection given our elected leaders grossly over estimated tax revenue calculations. The workforce of the State of Connecticut Employees however remains barely touched in reductions of its force, receiving good compensation and free from the threat of layoffs.

Clearly, the issue is not that of the State Employee's. My experience has been that nearly each and everyone has a work ethic second to none. Despite being furloughed and labeled as money mongers, these dedicated people continue to trench through the miry work place while their fat cat union leaders and fellow dead beat citizens that clearly refuse to support their own morally indigent selves continue to feed at the expense of the taxpayers and the State employees.

The private sector of Connecticut has lost over 8% of it's workforce, which represents over 100,000 private employees compared to the State workforce which has been reduced by only 4% or slightly greater than 2,262 if one truly stretches the numbers.

Real numbers, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, report that there are 56,556 State employees at a raging cost of nearly $310 million per month thrown onto the taxpayers back. Given those numbers, which were reported by the U.S. Census Bureau not me, one would use their own common sense to calculate the cost as follows: There is statistically speaking one state employee for every 62 people at a cost of $3.02 per day per Connecticut resident not Connecticut taxpayer. All the while, countless business's have folded and the American Dream has been robbed of nearly all of our residents. The continual confiscation of wealth by our elected leaders has no end in site, and stupid is as stupid does.

Clearly however, it would be illogical to cast all the blame on our elected leaders. After all they have been entrusted by we the people and continually returned into office so they can once again pick our pockets and deplete our common sense.

Unless and until State Residents realize that the true way out of a recession and the control of one's own destiny is to regain control of their government by placing fiscally competent people into office we will remain forever enslaved in the wings of a morally defunct society. This of course directly contradicts the Constitution that we pride ourselves in being the State of most influence with during it's construction.

If one truly desired to seek the transparent reality of our "Progressive State" and look to some common ground for the good of the people, clearly we would move from a "Progressive liberal State" to Regressive Tax State. By cutting our payroll, our entitlements and our unfunded mandates we the people would be the proud bearers of a State where it's taxes decrease as it's income increases, period. But as always stupid is as stupid does.

An Era of Stuptidity Continues

If there is any doubt as to the degree of disillusionment displayed by our failed elected leaders over the most recent disappointing era of hijacking by the Democratic Super Majority, the Failed Republican Party under the leadership of George Gallo and Chris Healy, the Republican Minority, State Attorney General Tricky Dicky Blumenthal and last but certainly not least; the Rell Administration, one only has to look at today's headlines.

Front page of the Waterbury Republican American Newspaper headlines the most recent reality check these grossly misplaced representatives of We the People. Included in the Moronism that even a three year old could surpass with little or no motivation is the following:

States fiscal forecast bleak. The so called balanced budget that isn't, is nothing more than a shell game. Gov. Rell and her cohorts merely took a ten year payday loan to cover a budget deficit in the billions . In essence these goof balls borrowed against grossly under calculated tax revenue, relied heavily on a new electric surcharge for C L & P Customers, continued to allow an underfunded state pension fund and raided the rainy day fund dry. Adding insult to injury is the end of the governmental giveaway of the Federal not so Stimulating Funds. What was not touted by these ego feeding- power hungry socialists is the disclosure of facts that include the unavailability of these "solutions" in 2010 and 2011, budgets deficits pushing the $4 billion mark by 2012 and 2013 and the 9 percent job slump which will consummate an even greater reduction of the States Income tax Revenue.
Illegal Confiscation of Revenue: A State of Connecticut Superior Court Judge ruled this week that the State illegally confiscated over $2 million of unclaimed bottle deposits from private businesses. Prior to their 2009 budget balancing charade, the unclaimed bottle deposits were legal property of private wholesalers. In essence and in theory, these wholesalers were the agents charged with handling the 5 cent per bottle charge that encouraged Connecticut Consumers to recycle rather than reject a cleaner and greener earth. In concept, it seemed only fair that these wholesalers should keep the unclaimed bottle deposits as they were the ones that faced the exposure of destroyed or unrecoverable bottles and heavy costs Associated with the 5 cent challenge. But common sense rarely if ever rears it's bountiful head in the State of Connecticut. In the never ending deluge of sniffing out new revenue to steal the State Legislatures along with the blessing of Gov. Jodi Rell passed a law in 2009 that required the Wholesalers to turn over unclaimed deposits to the State, retroactively. This amounted to nothing more than an unconstitutional revenue grab that confiscated the unclaimed bottle deposits now at taxpayers expense. The conclusion of this matter is simple. Attorney General Blumenthal [Connecticut Democrats new Senate love child,] the Liberal State Legislature and Governor Rell grabbed $2 million illegally from the private sector at a Court Ordered repayment cost of nearly $6 million to We the People. What an expensive payday loan this was!
Incompetent Accounts Receivable Management: In the Governors never ending display of fiscal irresponsibility, Legislative Auditors discovered the Governor's Budget Office undercharged the two State Casinos by $3.1 million dollars for actual costs associated with the policing the two Indian Casinos. In essence, We the People paid out of our pocket an extra $3.1 million that the two Casinos agreed to pay if only they were billed correctly. Adding insult to this injury, the non partisan Auditors comprised of both Democrats and Republicans alike recommended a better way for the Governors Office of Policy and Management to monitor how much State Police division of Special Revenue and Department of Consumer Protection spend on an ongoing basis moving forward. This of course was rejected by Gov. Rell. Far be it from her to be a responsible lame duck Governor.

It is no secret that I am no fan of our failed leaders or Governor Rell. They have displayed a depraved sense of stupidity that has only been surpassed by the sickafents in Washington DC residing in the House of Congress, Senate and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Currently, Gov Rell and her cohorts have cost We the people $4 billion in future deficits, and at least an additional $10 million in illegal confiscation and under charges. To continue with a repeat of this disappointment would only be insanity.

I for one have a suggestion for Governor Rell, the Democratic Super Majority, the Failed Republican Party under the leadership of George Gallo and Chris Healy, the Republican Minority and State Attorney General Tricky Dicky Blumenthal. You each should start brushing your brains with tooth paste as it is clearly obvious your brains are developing cavities.

One can't help but wonder if former Governor John Rowland laughs with his tongue in cheek all the while asking "Do you miss me yet?"

A New Definition of Insanity

Einstein once said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. That my friends is exactly what the people of Connecticut are lucky enough to do once again.

I for one would like to offer a New definition of Insanity: Re-electing the current incumbents back into office and putting individuals with political experience and clout into the office of Governor and Federal Senate.

"You sound like an angry white boy" a caller recently said on my television show. Let the truth be told, certainly I am angry. I am tired of the arrogance that these officials have. On one hand you have the arrogant democrats that have the audacity to continue and tax us to death, confiscating our wealth, liberties and right to prosper while suppressing any able bodied worker that is willing to take a handout into the bondage of welfare.

All along on the other hand, you have an opposing party that has neither the will or vision to see it's way past their foolish addiction to power that isn't and utter withdrawal from common sense and basic conservative values that our Party was founded on.

I have recently witnessed first hand the audacity of our elected State Republican Officials that have neither the will nor ability to sit down and address the real issues that our cities, State and Nation have. On April 16, 2010; the Republicans released their own Budget Proposal. The Highlights: Failing to close the budget deficit (years of overspending) by $700 million [keeping us overdrawn], increase fees (another tax increase without the label) by $160 million and are you ready for this: taking away the working mans ability to get campaign help by bringing the power of the almighty fundraising ability dollars back to their cronies who are politically connected. And they wonder why there is a Super Democratic Majority in Connecticut?

With debt looming over each and every budget, every dollar wasted is a dollar that needs to be borrowed or confiscated from main stream working class America in the form of new taxes and fees.

Government is not the answer; it is the problem. We need to get this to large to sustain government off our backs and return back to the basics of government.

Lower taxers, cut spending and send everyone back to work leaving the handouts where they belong: To the church, but that of course would be insane.

The Arrogance of Truth

The arrogance of truth is something that should not be short sold.

This year there will be a decisive year for each and every eligible voter. It will be a year when we will, without any doubt, decide our fate for the next two decades. The choices however are not just limited to "We the People", it is extended far beyond to the political candidates themselves.

Rarely, if ever, was there a time since the Revolutionary or Civil Wars, has there been a time as important as this. Decisions will have to be made, tough decisions. Not many though are up to this task.

Gone are the days where additional revenues may be found by the Elected Leaders from their constituents in the form of new taxes. Additional taxes will only bring on less spending, which will result in less revenue on the Federal side in the form of Corporate and Personal Income taxes and on State Tax side in the form of Sales and Use taxes. Boldly, this decrease, I predict will extend itself to the State Income Tax side as well as local side in decrease Property Tax Revenue due to continued closure of businesses and a lower property value market due to increased foreclosures. This is a fundamental principal I beg someone to grasp.

Truth be told, each and everyone of us have gotten ourselves into this. Those of us that trusted our elected leaders and those of you that never bothered to vote, each we are; all equally responsible. Increased spending, decreased conservatism and increased faith in in your government being anything more than its purpose: "The fundamental purpose of government is the maintenance of basic security and public order."

It is true that bold decisions will have to be made in the coming elections cycle with whom those we place as our elected leaders, but even bolder decisions must be made, without any room for error or omission; by those who are entrusted into public office.

Each and every elected official must govern as if they were not running for re-election nor were they affiliated with any party trying to maintain or regain control of the office that they hold.

Unless and until each candidate concedes their own ego and selfish ambitions, and replaces it with the true desire to make a change rather than return to office, this stagnant pond we call the water of life will remain entombed to a destiny of failure.

The Quagmire of Ignorance

There are a lot of things in life that just are not right. The direction our City, State and Country are taking being no exception.

Unemployment is at an all time high, highest in the City of Waterbury amongst all other cities and towns in Connecticut, all things being equal. People are out of work, out of money and out of options.

Meanwhile, we have a Tsunami of idiots governing our future, with hardly some if any even having a clue on how to solve the current Financial Crisis that has no apparent end in site.

The problem has been fostered for years, and it is one so many people have grown accustomed to: Living outside of ones means.

You see there is a fundamental economic basis for each and everyone of us to follow: Spend what you make, not what you hope to make.

But thats not the logical way for our elected leaders to govern. Their dangerous and careless tax and spend leadership has brought us to our knees. And if you do not think things are bad you are only kidding yourself. If you think things are getting better, or will be better in the future, you are hoping for something that is not and never can be until something changes.

My experience has taught me that you can not live off of borrowing and not expect to pay the price. Yes, I have suffered and made the same mistakes as everyone else. There was a time where I chose to live outside of my means and be something I was not. Now the consequences to these choices are long work hours, a lower standard of living and sleepless nights brought on by worry and pre-occupation with making ends meet.

It is improbable that the Real Estate Market will return anytime soon to what it was. As a result, I like many of you are trapped in over leveraged notes on properties that can not possibly support their debt.

Simply put there is not enough money to go around. Unless and until We the People realize that Government is not the answer but rather the problem, reform the way government operates and learn to just say no; the quagmire we call life will only continue to expand the slavery of debt we all face.

Although I sympathize with those that want to "help" our brothers and sisters throughout the world and throughout the lower economic status we must learn to say "Too Bad" . We can neither afford it nor afford to continue this fantasy of self required righteousness we all seem to support.

Each and every person in the Country that can needs to return to work and stop their dependence on the government. Until we turn to the principles of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, we will continue to suffer a great oppression that only has ignorance as its greater enemy.

An Open Letter to My Elected Officials

Dear Local Leaders, Connecticut Legislatures, Connecticut Senators, US House of Representatives, US Senators and Resident Obama:

I am writing you today to bring you up to speed about my status and the status of your fellow Americans and Constituents.

It is with complete confidence, that I realize you are so far out of touch with mainstream America, that you must be informed as to the Fate of the Union.

It is obvious and apparent to me that somehow there had been a great loss of accountability in our Local, State and Federal government, by you the leaders that we elected into office. As a result, you have repaid the trust that We the People have given you by placing a heavy burden on us which is greater than any person should have to bear.

Clearly, before I go any further, let me state for the record that I personally did not vote for you due to your liberal ideology; which quite frankly is an ideology that I can not believe in and prohibits me from logically thinking you somehow care about my fellow Americans or myself or have any self dignity or respect whatsoever.

Like myself, many of my fellow Americans have fallen upon hard economic times. Many have lost their homes, their jobs, their families and their will to go on. Everywhere I turn, there is desperation, thievery, and a lack of goodwill and love. People are burdened by their debt, the financial crisis and the loss of their liberties.

There is an air of evil prowling around this country and it is manifesting itself to a greater degree of which I have not witnessed in this lifetime.

I am not sure when exactly you lost your common sense or where you learned to govern the way that you do but I only know that something must change and must change now.

I am not asking you to pay my mortgage, put fuel in my vehicles, food on my table or even pay for my health care. All I am asking you for is the opportunity to allow me to provide for my family and be responsible for myself and my children without interference from you.

I am proposing, for the good of the country and society that each and everyone of you, Democrat and Republican alike stand down and step aside. It is very obvious to me that you neither can or will have what it takes to bring America back to the Judea Christian Country it was founded to be. Clearly you are in way over your head and beyond your abilities.

In short, stop what you are doing and allow We the People to do the right thing and govern this country.

Continual tax and spending does not work, as you have so truthfully shown. Our Local, State and Federal check books are all overdrawn and can not sustain another day of the reckless governing each and everyone of you are guilty of.

If you recues yourself from your continually flawed leadership and allow clear thinking Americans like myself bring this country back on track I along with other freedom loving working class people will propose the following:

Immediately cut spending by 20% across the board
Simultaneously placing a freeze on all proposed tax increases
Reduce all current taxes by 10%
Stop the exportation of American Oil and Natural gas to foreign entities

The end result will an economy well stimulated and the allowance of true economic growth.

Since you will have stepped down, you will no longer need to be paid and you and your staffs will save the United States a large undetermined amount of money.

I recognize that you and your staff will be out of work and essentially unemployed, but perhaps that is what you need to bring you back into fellowship with your common sense which was lost somewhere down the line.

Continuing with your reckless borrow, tax and spend agenda will only bring this country deeper into debt and enslave our children's children for another two generation to a group of foreign entities that have neither our best interests or the best interest of our children at hand.

I host a television show at 9:00 on Tuesday nights. I believe it would to be fair to allow you to respond on this program and explain your carelessness.

The Avoidance of Morality and Religion

As I sit here today, I can not help but recall the years of planning that has been expensed for the total decimation of our great country. This plan, which has been callously created by the combination of countless hours, the systematic separation from our founding principles and the audacity of deception, has enveloped itself to bring total destruction tot he free capitalistic society which the United States of America was founded on.

The sole purpose of the enemies of freedom is to take captive God's children. The quickest and easiest way to draw one from God is to enslave them.

The process starts out easy enough. The first step in this process was to construct a fictional economy that intersects with ones own desire to better oneself. The over inflated housing market, along with predatory lending brought on by greed and monetary hoarding, only worked to glorify the plan of decimation.

As the markets crumbled and the economy failed, the lost sheep began to be led astray. Little by little, as debt works to erode ones freedom, both the mind and the spirit of man works to worry oneself deeper and deeper into an abyss of confusion. As the system is built the law supports and encourages such deception and failure. This of in itself is a physiological parasite that slowly works on ones well being and thought process, in a way hat without warning consumes ones common sense.

While We the People are forever held accountable for the reckless legislative decisions that are made by our elected failed officials, in the form of long term debt and capital enslavement, they that brought us to this point are left without accountability and free to continue their plan.

As debt and economic hardships evolve, the nature of one is to become dependant on their government to meet their needs. This course is an evil that was never intended to be by our founding fathers.

The master plan by those who strive to take down this democracy is to first cloud ones judgement followed by the eroding of ones common sense and ability to maintain personal responsibility for ones own self.

Unless and until the people educate themselves as to the original intent of our founding Fathers, we shall remain enslaved by the power of those in which we have extended our trust and liberty to.

A society that wishes to be both ignorant and free is a a society that wants what never was nor can ever be.

The Audacity of Truth

Where in the world have these mindless leaders that have been elected to public office gone? I have always known that Politics and Friends make strange bedfellows but really, would someone dare to explain to me the difference between those that lead us and you who are being led?

There is a certain air of stupidity that most people are buying and I can not help but wonder when the proverbial soup will hit the fan and Main Stream America will wake up.

This election cycle offers great promise of either victory or defeat in this wonderful country. As I watch the economic meltdown, smoke and mirrors by main stream liberal America and a strangely familiar weak willed reality by the Republican Party that no one is willing to step forward and do the right thing I am becoming more anxious by the second to step out in faith and do something.

America is in trouble along with each and every American Town, Province, City or State, and citizen. People are out of work, unemployment is at an all time high and the food lines are getting longer.

Although many of you have never proclaimed to be economic professors or world leaders capable of resolving problems of catastrophic proportions; it doesn't take a genius to figure out what has brought us to this transposition of sure failure if something is not done and not done quickly.

Out of control spending, fiscal irresponsibility and pure laziness on the part of each and every recipient of government handouts has brought us where we are today. Sadly, those that were selected to lead us have failed miserably and there seems not one current leader throughout this great country that has the moral backbone necessary to make the tough decisions that need to be made to solve this problem once and for all.

Adding insult to this grievous injury is the usual partakers of governmental handouts also known as welfare entitlements and cushy union contracts. This lovely crowd along including the unionized cohorts all feel obliged and naturally entitled to wealth re-distribution through promissory notes and Robin Hood style semantics.

Like a breached dam silently waiting for the brick and mortar to give way Foreign entities are slowly buying up American Debt as fast as our failed leaders can print it. As surely as that breached dam will leave death and destruction in it's path once fully breached you can rest assured that the Chinese, Eastern Islamic, Russian and Latin Governments that are buying up our debt are patiently waiting to do the same.

The political field will require a litmus test of each and every candidate. This litmus test does not require experience or clout in politics. To the contrary this test will require just the opposite. Elected leaders willing to risk it all to do what is right is the first and foremost fundamental requirement. Sacrificing one's own political desires for the good of the Country not the party is the second. Allowing this Eagle to soar rather than crash and burn being the third.

Ronald Reagan once said "I know in my heart that man is good and what is right will eventually triumph and that there is purpose and worth in each and every life."

The question now remains does anyone have the moral backbone to prove this fundamental truth less than false?

The Change You Deserve

Well it has certainly been a very challenging year, and what a difference a year has made.

Last year at this time, under the leadership of President George W. Bush, we faced the close of a Presidency built on Integrity and Moral Accountability. Not since President Ronald W. Reagan had the U.S. been led by a man's man, someone who could relate to We the People. During the 8 years of "W" we faced a future of potential uncertainty that was lead by a man of certainty. As the U.S. struggled with a failing economy, propped up by an enormous overinflated real estate market, the mortgage crisis chickens had finally come home to roost on the backs of We the People.

Flash forward 2009: "The change you deserve" We all know we have heard that wonderful campaign slogan, but it begs the question to be asked: What change? It has been more of the same ol' same ol' under Mr. Obama. Entitlements for the poor and the insistence that government is the answer to all of your problems.

Wealth is confiscated from We the People and handed out to Gimme Jimmy, the Democratic Entitlement servant of the left.

My assessment of the last year is this: The rich politicians have gotten richer and We the People have gotten poorer.

As for me, like so many of you others, the down turn in the economy has caused my customer base to dwindle and default being unable to pay their obligations to me and leaving me with the enormous task of servicing my debt. Like millions of others I have traded a perfect Credit Score for the ability to scathe through another month with nothing lost but my pride.

Make no mistake friends, America is failing us and failing us fast. We are all under the curse of debt and are now prisoners of debt and an economy that holds our very freedom captive.

Change? Yes but not for the better. If you think things have changed think again bu then again is that not always the way when the sheep are being led to the slaughter house? Nah...Don't worry everything will be all right. If you believe that can I interest you in some ocean front property out in Arizona?

Back After Awhile

Well it certainly has been awhile. I guess I can contribute the time since I last wrote to certain things in my life that have changed and circumstances surrounding those changes. Be it as it may though, a lot has changed.

Gissett has left, after creating havoc beyond anything imaginable and showing what the true meaning of mental instability, as a result the Church has had an enormous decline in both leadership and members while all the time those I thought were friends to the end have all proven themselves less than faithful or trustworthy let alone people of God.

The old saying, "A friend in need is a friend in deed" really is just a nice way of relaying the ugly truth that "when a friend shows you who they are believe them, actions rarely lie."

Be it as it may, Leo, Gissett, Jefferey, Ron and Connie, James, Chris, Lirliano, Reyes, Jermaine, Mark, Jerry, Janice, and the rest of you, I sincerely hope that God blesses you and releases you from all the wickedness that you have done and the evils you have caused. I will refrain from saying how Godless you all really are....oooops I think I just did.

I am confident of this in the deepest depths of my heart, and might I add sincerely sure with no doubt : Your wickedness has played a key role in the call and purpose God has placed on my life, even if the devil thought it was for his victory.

As for me, I am doing well, incredibly well under all the hard circumstances that brought me to where I am today. I have a great friend in Ally, someone who has chosen to stick by my side regardless of the lies that were told about someone who was just her "big brother", Brian who is someone everyone mis-judges because he is a true friend and my daughter Nicole, bless her little heart.

I have kept to my principles and I promise God to walk towards my destiny rather than away through my free will choices.

Over the coming days you will see all that God is doing and where He is taking me. Do not worry though it is for the betterment of all of us that truly consider ourselves sons and daughters of the Most High God.

Allowing Evil to Succeed

On Tuesday, the District of Columbia joined the ranks of depravity, pushing the United States one step closer to judgment. A law that now recognizes gay marriage from other states has now come to pass it the home of our government.

It seems the proposed law was approved 12-1 by D.C. Council in May; the only dissenting council member was reportedly Marion Barry.

Our not so wonderful elected leaders in Congress had 30 days to approve the law. It seems they have final say over all D.C. city laws. The democratic controlled Congress took no action [no surprise there] and they allowed the bill to become law Tuesday, directly in line with their gay agenda. In doing so they quietly scored a political goal. You see by doing nothing, they have done everything.

Speaking of the gay agenda, they were all over this disgraceful act of whoredom and Council member David Catania proves my point. He was quoted recently as saying that recognizing same-sex marriages performed elsewhere is a first step toward performing homosexual weddings in the city.

There are currently six states which have outright slapped God in the face by allowing homosexual marriage: Connecticut, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire. Interestingly enough all seem to be struggling the hardest economically. What a coweekidink.

I myself am sincerely disappointed with my elected leaders and hope that clear thinking Americans will join me in bringing our Judea Christian country back to our core values.

The first step requires self sacrifice by running for political office in order to make a real change.

Little by little, I am watching the rights and values of this great country deteriorate in a way I have never before thought possible.

If we good do nothing, evil will certainly succeed. This is no longer a fight for what is right, it has now become a fight for the salvation of our children and children's children.

Our elected leaders have the greatest moral deficit in history, far beyond that of Sodom and Gomorrah.

To stand by and do nothing is to be an accomplice to the enemy of man.

The Return of Favors

Well they are all weighing in now. All the economists have had a chance to view the June jobs report and guess what friends? The “stimulus” package is not very…shall we say stimulating!

Now I can afford to be this critical and consider myself a safe bet with my facts. You see the quick fix results promised by Obama and his cohorts isn’t producing, no surprise there.

In June, the big bad corporate [and mom and pop] employers cut 467,000 jobs and unemployment has risen to a 26 year high of nearly 10 percent. All the money men economists had expected much less job loss but given the facts of life, it seems Mr. Obama failed miserably to create new jobs for the American people as he had promised.

Now what is most interesting about this whole idiotic waste of my future hard earned dollars is the catchy phrase 'shovel-ready construction projects'. I was supposed to feel warm and fuzzy about this catchy sales pitch. The reality then [as is now] is profoundly simple. Shovel ready projects are not so ready and the construction industry has continued to shed jobs. Most tradesman such as architects and builders have lost their job and their faith in 2009 alone because there's not enough construction planning coming forward. The short answer: The stimulus bill was a lot of money that was poorly spent, poorly targeted, and is not having the effect that was promised to us…. How democratic! Back in February, the director of President Obama's National Economic Council, Larry Summers, promised the effects of the stimulus would "begin almost immediately." In addition, White House Budget Director Peter Orszag said Americans would see stimulus benefits in "weeks to months," and Christina Romer, chair of the President's Council of Economic Advisers, predicted "we will start adding jobs, rather than losing them, at more than half a million a month. Well guess what? I have seen the effects immediately. Alto of my tenants have to move because they can’t afford to pay their rent and there is no one beating down the door to rent these units either. So why was the stimulus package such a ineffective line of bull? It is very simple. It was authored by a bunch of tax and spend liberals who only seek to re-distribute wealth to everyone accept we the people that need. Most if not all of it was pork barrel spending with the only goal of taking private sector funds and using it to fund favors at home.

Representatives like Chris Murphy, John Larson, Joe Courtney and the rest of their co-horts should all be impeached. Why? They’ve taken money from the private sector to have to pay for the stimulus package which was nothing more than returning favors.

What is most interesting is this: Most of the stimulus money will be used after a two to three year period so there is no big effect right now. As for we the people? Well we’ll just have to suck it up for now….tighten our belt and ride out the next year.

And I ask again: What exactly were you thinking people?

The Distance of Faith and God

The problem with leaders like Rick Warren these days seems to grow and grow. Somehow they are divinely brought to a new level in their life and then they suddenly lose touch with reality.

Rick is no exception. Over the weekend, Rick Warren told several thousand American Muslims at an Islamic Conference on Saturday that and I quote "the two largest faiths on the planet" have to work together to fight stereotypes and resolve global problems.

I have but two question to ask Rick? What two Faiths is he talking about? and What global planet is he on? It seems Rick has lost touch with reality and has somehow thought it better to walk hand in hand with those that want to battle the infidels [we Christian and the Jews].

First and foremost, Christianity is not a Faith it is a relationship with Jesus Christ the Son of God. Secondly, Christianity is the only way to heaven, period.

I like Rick Warren and he wrote the book “The Purpose Driven Life” several years ago and it sold over 30 million copies. It is a wonderful book that enables many Christians to walk a better Christ filled life.
But now, Pastor Warren said he believes that Muslims and Christians should be partners in working to end what he calls "the five global giants" of war, poverty, corruption, disease, and illiteracy.

I can’t help but express that I do not agree with his choice to appear at the conference and I certainly can not agree with his comments that aligned him with extremists, validating their faith and denying his own.

The problem with comments similar to Rick’s is very simple. By suggesting or validating an extreme position such as Islam, you risk the opportunity of effectively witnessing to the lost. Although there are many peaceful Muslim people, the core of Islam teaches followers of their prophet to violently kill anyone who refuses to convert to their ideology. In short they believe that Islam will dominate the world.

That to me is the farthest thing from a Faith of a God based belief.

A Doubt-Lied Standard

Liberals will tell you if you don’t speak about it then it does not exist. To me that is a doubt-lied standard.

As always, there is a double standard among the mainstream liberal media and it’s liberal Universities. To no one’s surprise Duke University falls into this spectrum.

Once again, Duke University is in the spot light. You may recall, Duke University first made International Headlines when a case back in 2006 accused a group of the University’s white lacrosse players were accused of raping a black stripper.

Back then, the media was more than happy to hang these viscous white hoodlums that weren’t for a crime that never took place. Even though the accuser lacked medical records, forensic evidence and any corroborating evidence or testimony whatsoever the media witch-hunt was joined by more than 80 university officials and professors who signed a statement accusing the players of racism. Eventually, justice prevailed and the kids were found innocent. No surprise there

Well now here we go again folks. It seems Frank Lombard, an associate director of Duke University's Center for Health Policy, is now accused of ungodly homosexual acts with his adopted five-year-old African-American son. This pervert took sick to a new level and even went so far as to offer the boy for intercourse with strangers on the Internet. Now Lombard, a homosexual who lives with his lover, apparently did all this in his home and the lover claims to have known nothing about it.

Using a webcam, Lombard had his own Internet peep show for him and his pervert friends to enjoy and fuel their lustful desires.

To add insult to injury, Duke and the media have been and remain as silent as a cold and lonely January night.

I cannot help but ask where are all of those professors are now in this new rape case, which is true, genuine and most vulgar in nature because of the innocence and age of the victim. I would expect they will continue to remain silent on this issue.

Rape is one of the most violent crimes against humanity period. Having a poor and helpless five year old child fall pray to such heinous activity is one of the world’s greatest injustices second only to Universities that condone it by their silence or their mainstream media cohorts.

And that my friends is doubt-lied standard.

True Love

In a warm and lovely tea party Monday afternoon, resident Barack Hussein Obama reiterated his undaunted support for gay rights and their causes. He and his wife, Michelle held an East Room reception Monday afternoon to celebrate the 40 year anniversary of the gay rights movement at my and the rest of clear thinking Americas expense.

Apparently Mr. Obama is a friend of gay rights activists [no surprise their] who will fight for them and with them while he is a resident of the White House [Yawn].

This all comes after the gay activist started belly aching earlier this year that Obama has not fought the never so good fight of for equal rights of homosexuals [normalizing the abnormal] hard enough in his short 6 months of office.

Of course I disagree with them and contrary to their modern belief, he’s stuck his noise in far too many times as the Chief Executive Officer of a great country on the verge of moral depravity.

In any event, we can all take heart, love one another and find some common ground.

Obama says activists will “have pretty good feelings” about the Obama administration when it leaves office.

I along with all of the clear thinking Judea – Christian American population will join them too, but obviously for different reasons.

Now that is true love.

The Chasing of Ones Tail

At what point does America stand up and say enough is enough? It seems that Mr. Obama is now causing a fight in America for parental rights to mobilize moving us yet one step closer to Trans-nationalism

The Obama administration, along with prodding of Sen. Barbara Boxer is moving forward with ratification of the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child, a controversial treaty that has never gained much support in the U.S.

In his never ending attempt of World Socialism, the current resident of the White House is seeking to veer sharply left once again. If this treaty is ratified, American parents will have their rights trumped by International Law.

To combat yet another form of "One World Governement", Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina) has introduced the Parental Rights Amendment in the Senate, where he hopes it will gain as much support as it has in the House. Currently the House version has 101 co-sponsors.

Naturally, the Democratic Party is not being exactly open about the scheduled votes and they have zero confidence for the opposition [We the People] in their never ending assault on our freedoms.

When Senator Jim DeMint is successful in amending the U.S. Constitution to include parental rights, this move would trump the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child Treaty and keep control of American families within the country's borders where it belongs.

What should alarm Americans most is the Obama Administrations alignment with Trans-nationalism.

Trans-nationalism is a belief that distinctions between U.S. law and International Law should be eliminated thus causing the slow erosion into a "One World Government".

Albert Einstein has said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

When one continues to turn left and only left the same could be said as he chases his tail.

The Injustice System of America

It seems as though America can not slap the fine men and woman that defend this great country of ours enough. I was troubled to learn that the commander of the troops involved in a politically orchestrated massacre that was not [dubbed as the "Haditha Massacre"] is facing the legal sword of injustice once again, despite the fact it has been four years after the incident.

Back in March, the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals authored a unanimous three-judge decision that essentially upheld the dismissal of charges against Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani (USMC). The charges were on the grounds of unlawful command influence. Lt. Col. Chessani has been prosecuted for his involvement the so-called Haditha Massacre on November 19, 2005. This event involved our brave Marines that were ambushed by insurgents. In the subsequent firefight 24 Iraqis were killed.

Obviously we should have had tea with these nice old insurgents and offered them an opportunity to decapitate a couple of American all in the name of good will. Everyone knows if you just tolerate their point of view they will go away!

The investigation involved more than 60 agents with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). Lt. Col. Chessani has been victorious in every round of the legal escapade. Despite this fundamental truth though the commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. James Conway, has decided to keep the case open by referring it to a new general. What this alls means is the charges against Lt. Col. Chessani where dismissed by judge, Col. Folsom, without prejudice, the commandant could open up the charges again. I for one say enough is enough. This poor man has been dragged through the System of Injustice for defending our country and it is time someone puts a stop to this nonsense.

Perhaps Mr. Obama is man enough to pardon Lt. Col. Chessani. Don’t hold your breath.

I am sure Obama’s Saudi King that he bows down to would not accept such actions from a rogue puppet from Chicago. But then again what do I know. I am just some lowly preacher standing up for what is right and commenting on what is so wrong in America today.

A Sharp Left Turn

It seems America is moving farther to the left once again today.

Yesterday, our never so wise democratic controlled US Senate pushed the nomination of Harold Koh as top lawyer to the State Department, one step closer.

It seems 65 Senators, including 8 Republicans by name only, jumped on the Obama Love Fest for Mr. Koh.

Although Koh is an open homosexual, my issue with him in this position is not that.

You see Mr. Koh is a person with high held beliefs of trans-nationalism. Trans-nationalism is a belief that distinctions between U.S. law and international law should be eliminated.

For that reason and that reason alone in Koh is unqualified to be the top legal advisor at the State Department. Mr. Koh believes that foreign opinions should be a part of our law using the courts and or bureaucrats, something he will be once confirmed to work for the State Department. The bottom line is he would like to go completely around the American people and impose his views that come from foreign opinions while inserting those views into our legal standards.

This is most troubling and adds oil to the slippery slope Mr. Obama has now created to leftism in the United States.

In sort, we have taken another sharp left turn to stupidity, once again.

Doing nothing for Good

What exactly are Hate Crimes? I have asked myself this question over and over and pondered what is reality and what is myth. Logically speaking, as a Pastor and a Christian, I know the fundamental truth that God is love and only infinite love. Therefore, one that is walking in love is walking with God.

To the contrary, one that participates in violence, aggression or behavior that is contrary to the Word of God, while fueled by dislike, disagreement, and or un-acceptance of a particular race, belief or lifestyle; that person is not walking with God.

On the subject of Hate Crimes, the phrase was first entered into the Merriam Webster Dictionary in 1984. Its definition is “any of various crimes (as assault or defacement of property) when motivated by hostility to the victim as a member or a group (as one based on color, creed, gender, or sexual orientation).

The term “Hate Crime” first appeared in the late 1980's as a way of understanding a racial incident in the Howard Beach section of New York City. A black man was killed while attempting to evade a violent mob of white teenagers, shouting racial epithets.

Now there is about to be a vote on Hate Crimes Legislation. On the outside, this seems to be a pretty simple piece of legislation. In fact, at first look, the compassionate heart that was given to me by my Heavenly Father may accept the illusion of the enemy that this is a necessary and much needed law to stop the attacks against our brothers and sisters. The reality is the vast majority of hate crime laws do not criminalize any new behavior; instead, they increase the penalty for behaviors that are already against the law.

The problem that exists with that reality is it is flawed. It is not flawed based on the truth that no one person on this earth should go un-punished for a crime of violence such as assault or defacement of property against a person or group of persons based on their color, creed, gender or sexual orientation, but rather it is flawed based on the open invitation by various self interest groups that are seeking to distort the original intent of laws.

Since the beginning of time, God has set down a standard of living commonly referred to as morality. He based this standard of living on what is good and right. In Genesis 4:7 God asks the question “If you do what is right, will you not be accepted?”

Being moral is just that, doing what is right.

The problem with Hate Crime laws is that they are an essential key to a long term and carefully laid out plan by homosexual activists to use a term such as “sexual orientation” to radically criminalize biblically based morality and any biblically based teaching against their lifestyle.

Many have suggested throughout the years that I have been overstating the agenda of homosexual activists but I could not disagree more.

Several years ago, a longtime school friend had interviewed me and asked me about my hesitation in ascending to the principle that homosexuals had basic rights that were granted under legal unions. The problem I foretold then has come to pass in just five short years.

The homosexual agenda was not happy with the legislation that allowed civil unions that extended the same rights and privileges to them as married couples. They successfully pushed the envelopes in at least five states that now allow “same sex marriage” thus remodeling God’s Original and Perfect Creation found in the Covenant of Marriage which was between a man and a woman.

The slippery slope we are now sliding down is one that seeks the complete overhaul of life as we know it, moral and good; to an era of political correctness utilizing the tool of “hates crimes legislation”. This is all conveniently formulated by the homosexual activists seeking to suppress the truth that is found in the Word of God.

In the coming months and years you will see the homosexual agenda move to have “male, female or other ”; “spouse 1 and spouse 2”; or “parent 1 and parent 2” on forms and applications.
All of this may seem innocent to some or far reaching to others but it is only a clear and decisive plan by the enemy of man and enemies of God to normalize the abnormal.

Until such time that each and every clear thinking person seeks to stand up for our Judea/Christian values in this country we will be held accountable for our inactions.

For evil to succeed, good must only do nothing.

I Hope You Fail

On Sunday, former Presidential Candidate Sen. John McCain (R) Arizona, sat on the News Program “Face the Nation” and sang the praises of Barrack Obama, his opponent in last year's presidential campaign.

According to published reports, Mr. McCain says Barack Obama has "done well" in his first five months in the White House.
Using a legislative scorecard to judge the presidency so far, Mr. Obama has achieved all his legislative goals, according to Mr. McCain. I am of the opinion this is a half truth.

I can not for the life of me understand why Mr. McCain would take the position he has with his support of Mr. Obama. One could only come to the reasonable conclusion that this is a conformation of Mr. McCains own ability of leadership and offers distinct insight on how he would have led this country should he have won.

Contrary to Mr. McCain I believe Mr. Obama has not done well.

In fact, I believe Mr. Obama you stink. You and your liberally social motivated ideological agenda has taken this country down a road that is nothing more than a severe left turn that leads to a path of devastation and destruction of life as we know it. Your policies, your philosophy and your misguided lies are leading the people of the United States like sheep’s to the slaughter. All the while you are leaning this nation farther away from the moral standards of God.

You and all of your political cronies, whether democrat or republican have forgotten “We the People”.

The lavish lifestyles you and the rest of our “leaders” are living are completely at "We the Taxpayers" expense, while more Americans than you care to admit can barely afford to put food on their plate.

If I was sitting in your seat or that in the House or Senate I would be more concerned for my constituents failing financial condition than that of the rich bankers and “wall streeters”.

You and everyone in Washington have failed this nation and I oppose the Agenda that you and every other politician has.

Your successes and that of Congress have come with little or no support from clear thinking Americans and are nothing more than moral failures.

No Weaponed Formed Against Me

Well here we go again. In an increasingly greater effort to quiet free speech, Attorney General Eric Holder added his point a view regarding the Federal Hate Crimes Bill that the Democrats are so desperately trying to ram through Congress.

It seems his comments last week regarding the recent high-profile shootings of abortionist George Tiller, a security guard at the National Holocaust Museum, and a soldier in plainclothes at a military recruiting facility all stand as proof positive that this Bill needs to be passed.
Although I am of the firm position that any violent crime needs to be prosecuted and no one has a right to take a life except for God almighty. The problem with Mr. Holder’s position is that the crimes that took place have absolutely nothing to do with the legislation proposed under the hate crimes bill.

The Bill only focuses on the special treatment and special privileges of protection to be granted to people because of their homosexuality or transsexual status. In addition, the Bill provides unequal protection under the Law and trespasses on Free Speech, both of which grossly violate the U.S. Constitution.

Any clear thinking American, once carefully reading the Bill will come to the legitimate position hat the Hate Crimes Bill does absolutely nothing but act as a tool of intimidation and a silencer to those who peacefully oppose, peacefully speak against or peacefully witness against the persistent demands of gay and transsexual activists.

I am of the following positions when it comes to homosexuality. The practice of homosexuality is wrong and contrary to the Word of God and His original plan. Period. With that being said, I love my homosexual brothers and sisters and desire to reach out to them on a factual basis from the Word of God and what it clearly states, pray with them and offer them religious and spiritual counseling to aid them in making an informed decision that ultimately leads to their own salvation. Homosexuality is a demonic manifestation derived form sexual spirits that influence the desires of lust. Deliverance along with the Truth of God will set the offender free.
The act of homosexuality is depraved and contrary to the Word of God. We are all admonished by God to hate the sin and love the sinner.

The issue with the Federal Hate Crimes Bill clearly serves as a weapon to silence Conservative Christian Pastors and anyone else who clearly disagrees with the homosexual lifestyle.
I oppose the Bill and anyone who is unable to see past tits selfish motivation that the main stream liberal theologians are trying to cram down our throats.

Thankfully, the Word of God promises no weapon formed against me shall prosper.

Yesterday, the current White House Resident Barrack Hussein Obama threw a bone to homosexual activists while simultaneously bringing the United States one step closer to the judgment of God.

The consequences of his action began on Wednesday when Mr. Obama signed a White House memorandum that allows the United States government to use my hard earned tax dollars to provide benefits to same-sex partners of federal employees. The never happy homosexual activists however are unimpressed with the move because the benefits do not include access for same-sex partners to health and retirement plans. In other words, they are not allowed to milk the government’s benefit system like the other bureaucrats.

In essence these sexual orientationally challenged individuals are acting like bullies on the 6th grade playground.

I say this because as always, these people never seem to get their way of certain destruction quickly enough to enact their top priorities. Priorties which we any clear thinking American kows are in direct contradiction to the Laws of Nature.

The federal Defense of Marriage Act, which was signed by Mr. Clinton in 1996, prohibits the government from extending health and retirement benefits to the partners of homosexual employees. Something that never quite sat well with our brothers and sisters of depraved lusts.

Yesterday I wrote a blog on what Mr. Obama was doing and why, however now I feel it is only appropriate to take it one step further, ever raising the bar to common sense.

You see my friends; Resident Obama in essence issued the directive in order to placate homosexual activists who are upset that the his Justice Departments defense of DOMA [Defense of Marriage Act] with a rather large legal brief earlier this month.

Now I for one must say that this is the first time I will accept a mis-truth of Mr. Obama in as much that this is a move that is at odds with his promise to repeal DOMA. Obama may be a lot of things friends but he is not stupid.

He threw them a dog biscuit bone as a compromise and now their complaining. Homosexual activists as a whole usually split hairs and there is no exception this time. Their hair splitting has continued with their current whine that Obama did not issue an executive order, but rather an administrative memo that will expire when he leaves office.

So much for dog biscuits.

Perverted Advisment

I was appalled to learn about a new blue jean Ad in New York City.

Calvin Klein, a popular jean company, erected a billboard at the intersection of Houston and Lafayette Streets that in my opinion is perverse, degrading and suggestive of an inappropriate sexual behavior commonly referred to as orgies. The billboard features a barely dressed young girl who is lying on top of a shirtless boy while kissing a second shirtless boy. All three are on a sofa while a third shirtless boy is lying on the floor undressing.

It seems the suggestion of sexual perversion is prevalent everywhere in big city clothing advertising across America. Calvin Klien, once again is no exception to the rule.

All Christians and parents across the country need to mobilize and raise their voices against this kind of usage of sexual perversion to promote and market defiance to our vulnerable children. The reported response from Calvin Klein was typical: they find the publicity excitable and they refer to the billboard ad as a creative tool.

Young children and teenagers are very impressionable and this type of behavior crosses way over that line of acceptability. When you breed perversion at such a young age, the door is opened to various sexual demons that include homosexuality, perversion, sadistic behavior, addiction to pornography and alike.

For far to long the world has lightened the importance of sexual purity and abstinence, both forms of birth control that are 100% fail proof, and have traded the truth of God for a lie form the enemy.

I for one am calling for a boycott of Calvin Klien. Like Abercrombie and Fitch, they are nothing less than children of the devil.

A House of a Different Color

Well that didn’t take long for the “Messiah” to do. It seems that Resident Barack Obama has finally bowed to his homosexual supporters. After frustrating them with his ever so slow movement with their gay agenda, he is now extending benefits to “same-sex partners” of federal employees.

Today will be the Grand Announcement from of all places, the Oval Office, where he will sign the Residential Memorandum.

Now that Mr. Obama has given his political nod to the always Democratic voting gay bloc, he can be assured that their patience will be re-extended to the White House, a rarely embraced act over the last few weeks.

In order to understand the underlying force behind this slap in the face to all of us Christian taxpayers, one only needs to look at the June 25 Democratic National Committee event where the tax collectors and sinners will gather.

Several powerful homosexual fundraisers withdrew the event due to a June 12 Justice Department brief that offered concrete support of the defense of Marriage Act which has become the Homosexual Agenda’s punching bag.

Gay outrage continued as ungodly homosexual men and women also became cranks over 1600 Pennsylvania Avenues lack of intervention in cases where enlisted military people faced court martial for the never so wonderful President Clinton’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy.

It seems Mr. Obama has asked Congress to repeal the policy because Mr. Wonderful has a “lasting and durable” solution to individual cases aka “pardons” [my reference]. His argument: “... the policy wasn't working for our national interests, that he committed to change that policy, that he's working with the secretary of defense and the joint chiefs on making that happen," according to White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said last month.

In other words, they are not supporting us and we need to do change that folks. In the meantime, Obama has ordered the administration to quietly make moves to extend benefits to homosexuals. Included in this love fest is the promise to give partners of homosexual diplomats extraordinary benefits, such as diplomatic passports and language training.

To prepare the stage for anyone who was dissatisfied with the administrations position, John Berry, the highest-ranking homosexual official in the administration, told a pro-homosexual rally last weekend that Obama planned to take action on benefits soon.

So my dear friends it appears the arrogant Mr. Obama once again slaps the face of our God with his continued defiance of the law of God. We can however take rest in the promise of God that if we as a nation humble ourselves and repent of our sin God will then hear our cries for help and answer us.

There seems to be a house of a different color on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and its pink.

Just Because You Said It Does Not Make It True

If there is any doubt as to the anti Christian/Jewish position of the Democratic Party, one only has to review the remarks of former President Bill Clinton on Saturday during his speech to the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee.

I was disturbed to learn that he has told an Arab-American audience of about 1,000 people that the U.S. is no longer just a black-white country, nor a country that is dominated by Christians and a powerful Jewish minority. Mr. Clinton, I am sorry to advise you that you are truly wrong.

His Saturday speech offered his insight, [which we all know is viewed thru corrupted rose colored glasses] offered the opinion that because of Americas growing number of Muslims, Hindus and other groups that claim to be a religion, Americans need to be mindful of the nations changing demographics. To reinforce his rational, he offered the selection of Barack Obama in November as undeniable proof.

I for one have a slightly different opinion to offer Mr. Clinton. Barack Hussein Obama did not score a victory of the changing demographics of this country Mr. Clinton, rather Mr. McCains defeat was caused by three substantial mistakes that coincided to create a favorable outcome forr the current resident of the White House.

First and foremost, there was a combination of contributing factors on the part of the Republicans. Mr. McCain was one of the weakest Republican candidates I can recall in recent history. To this day, I have no idea what the Party of Reagan was possibly thinking given the great challenges this country was facing last year which have manifested to the grave state we are in today. The performance of the Republican Party as a whole, from it’s despicable lack of support of former President George W. Bush to it’s failure to challenge the behavior from the democrats for the prior four years led to its defeat in November.

Secondly, and as equally important; Mr. Obama is a master of deception and skilled at throwing cow manure at the wall to discover what stuck. As a man with no moral backbone, he persistently lies and misrepresents the reality to people. His love fest with the left liberal press only adds fuel to his fire, advancing an agenda that is surely wrong for America today.

Thirdly, there is a rather large and undeniable spiritual deficit with the American people. Their lack of God and the ungodly actions combined with the utter contempt the majority of Americans have for His divine grace has prepared their hearts to receive the deception of the Democratic Party with open arms. The Democratic Party has embraced the exchange of truth for falsehood’s to advance its power and corruption.

The American people have bought it hook, line and sinker.

Mr. Clinton, you also stated that by 2050 the U.S. will no longer have a majority of people with European heritage and that in an interdependent world "this is a very positive thing."

Sir the only dependence we have is on the one true God, our Creator. Perhaps you and Mrs. Clinton think we should all co-exists and raise each others children, but despite the desire of you and Mr. Obama to create the illusion that the United States of American is no longer a Judea – Christian Country; the Christian Faith will continue to grow.

Romans 8:28 tells us that “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”

In other words Sir, the design of God in the creation of all things, the Democratic Party included is for the sole purpose that God might be glorified. You and your Party philosophy with its liberal positions have failed that design miserably. God now calls us through His grace into the fellowship of His Son so that we may be reformed, renewed and reawakened; both spiritually and morally, to glorify Him and His purpose.

America is and will remain a country that is dominated by Christians and a powerful Jewish minority for two reasons.

First, Christianity will continue to grow and remain strong because it is the only Faith that is based on truth thus being the only true religion. It is comprised of God’s Love which is good. You should remember that good always triumphs over evil.

Secondly, Israel is God’s chosen people. They have a covenant with God which was passed onto to all of God’s children and therefore they will remain powerful because they have the one true God on their side.

The concept of any other faith is not built on a Faith by the God of Abraham and therefore has no power, only hot air.

All of this only reinforces the saying Mr. Clinton: “just because you said it does not make it true”.

Last night, at our Friday Worship Service, I warned against allowing the Yeast of the Pharisees and Herod into your life.

I am saddened to bring you some Fleishman style Quick Rise Yeast this morning.

I seems that Madras Christian College has taken the avenue of the devilish “political correctness” after a student decided to take a course and refused to check off anything but "T" on the application because they were under the delusion they were neither male or female.

This Indiana Christian college in India has amended its enrollment form allowing the enrolment applicants to specify whether they are male, female, or are you ready for this one folks: transgender during the enrollment process.

As I warned last night, allowing a little yeast like this to work in your life is exactly what the devil desires. It is obvious that the head of Madras College has some sort of head cold. As you know, when the head is sick the body is as well.

I truly believe that these College administrators incorrectly read the book of Genesis. Genesis 1:27 clearly states “So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” [NKJV]

As a result, they have formed an incorrect opinion that God made us male, female and transgender.

The simple fact that a Christian college has enjoined itself with the leftist, secular, sick humanistic delusion that transgendersim actually exists is not only insane but flat out wrong.

The people have enjoined other people that have constructed a wall between truth and delusional sophistication in such a way that it is now bringing judgment, condemnation, and the wrath of God down upon them and the world. This barrier is what people desire to be truth and has separated them from what actually is.

The fact that a college institution, a Christian college at that, is embracing this mis-truth with aiding and abetting the ongoing delusion and misrepresentation of God’s truth is disgraceful.

To say the least, I believe that this university should seek the counsel of God as to the choices that it has made.

Of course abstaining from Kool Aid first would be an appropriate start.

If there was any question as to just how bad things have become in the United States, one only has to look at NASA. Apparently, they have decided that it is far more important to celebrate homosexual pride month instead of sending people into space.

In June, Mr. Obama signed a Presidential proclamation declaring June “homosexual pride month”. NASA has jumped right in and offered it’s support by celebrating homosexual pride.

What I find even more disturbing is the fact that the actions of Obama and NASA is out of step with every clear thinking American. With the help of Obama, the United States has left every social issue of importance forgotten forever.

It does beg the question to be asked: How long will the American people be blindly led by the liberal democrats and their perversity?

Obama has ignored the National Day of Prayer, apologized for America being America, told the world that America was not a Judea Christian nation, adorned Islam as being “revealed”, decreed the Koran as a “Holy book” and has love fests with Islamic leaders while bowing before their Islamic Kings.

Something has to change and it needs to change quickly. “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness” Romans 1:16 [New American Standard Bible]

All the money in the world is not going to stop the gaping economic blows the world is reaping from it’s constant rejection of God.

The celebration of homosexuality is just another intricate part of the downfall of America. The law of nature promises that if you sow bad seed your harvest will fail.

A time for Judges

The rest of the story has fallen far short of being told when it comes to Obama and his love fest with the Muslim world. Yesterday, I was irritated at the medias love affair with the delusion that Mr. Obama has invoked the name of our blessed Savior more times than “W”. Something we all know is a blatant lie.

Last week, you should recall that while in Cairo Obama gave a speech. In that speech he praised Islam. In fact he said the Middle East was the first place that Islam was “revealed”. This is disturbing to say the least.

If you look at the definition of the word “revealed”, according to Merriam Webster Online, it means to make known through divine inspiration. In other words Obama is saying the Koran is a holy book. In fact he referred to the Koran as the “Holy Koran” numerous times in his speech.

I could not disagree more with the current resident of the White House. Islam was not made known through divine inspiration. Period.

Any Bible based Christian should be greatly troubled by this perspective from the selected “Commander and Chief”. As a Christian, I know the Koran is not a holy book of any kind.

Where the book they now call the Koran comes from is writings that came from the Old Testament. These writings incorporate a lot Torah just as the Christian Bible does. The difference however is the Koran goes off into a false religion. To call the Koran a holy book is to go far beyond the call of diplomacy and I am not so sure I am prepared to blame this one on his inexperience.

I believe Obama understands exactly the significance of what he has said. I may disagree with his administration, dislike his strong disingenuous nature and be one of his strongest opponents, but he by no means is stupid. For this reason he knew exactly what he was saying.

Make no mistake. Obama knows that the words you speak have the power to breathe life or death and Obama was speaking life into the theory of Islam and its Koran.

Sadly, practically all of the left minded press missed the boat not only on this one but his low opinion of biblical Christianity. No surprise there.

In the end, only history will tell how much more damage he will continue to do, or should I say how much farther the sheep will be led to the slaughter.

If there was ever a time when the United States was ripe for Judges [ordinary people chosen by God to lead the nation] I for one believe it is now. As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.

They Never Seem To See It Coming

I am not so sure I will ever understand how idiotic Judges get to sit on Federal Courts.

While reviewing all the evils of the day, I came across another anti God act by the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. It seems that a certain Stigler, CO resident James W. Green and the ungodly over at the American Civil Liberties Union challenged a Ten Commandments monument outside Oklahoma's Haskell County Courthouse with a lawsuit they filed in October 2005.

Mr. Stigler’s argument: the commissioners' comments and actions leading up to the approval and at the unveiling showed the community the purpose of the monument was religious in nature.

The Court, in it's ever so unwise ruling, took the position that the monument "has the primary effect of endorsing religion."

I could not agree less. Any clear thinking American knows that the Ten Commandments are in effect relational in two regards. Commandments 1 through 5 are relational on how man deals with God. Commandments 6 through 10 are relational on how human beings relate to human beings.

In short, if the Ten Commandments promote anything, they promote moral character in a person and personal responsibility, which seems to be MIA [missing in action] now a days.

As for the case, a three-judge panel of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sent the case back to federal Judge Ronald White so he could issue a new ruling consistent with theirs. White previously rejected arguments that the monument promotes Christianity at the expense of other religions.

The lack of acknowledgement of God in the United States is one of the main reasons this country is in the current dilemma. History has always had a way of repeating itself and the anti-god atmosphere created over the last sixty years has come home to roost. Selecting leaders like Pelosi, Reed and Obama; who are clearly anti-God has clearly become normality while rejecting rightous people like George W. Bush has become the rule.

People are paying the price of their abandonment of God with their own lives and the part that saddens me most is, like in the days of Noah; they do not even see it coming.

Repent dear friends, for the kingdom of God is near and clear.

Belief in Action

The media is foaming at the mouth.

“He’s done it while talking about abortion and the Middle East” reads and article. Another boasts “He’s done it while talking about the economy.”

There are claims that this serves as a “affirmation of his faith” and a “rebuke” about the rumor he is actually a Muslim.

The whole left media is abuzz, President Barack the Messiah Obama has mentioned Jesus Christ in high profile public speeches, something that wicked George W. bush rarely did.

The references are a feeble attempt to serve once and for all as an affirmation of his faith and a rebuke against the Christian Rights Rumor that persists for some to this day.
I am not so sure what has been the fuel of this delusion they have created. Can it be that the media is so in love with Obama that they spend their days imagining of what a great man he could be? Or could it be they have just had to much Kool Aid?

My good friend George W, Bush had his Christian faith at the core of his political identity. Something, when done, as promised in the Word of God can be accredited for the majority of his Presidential victories. President Bush spent many hours in prayer and consultation with other people of God that sought and referenced the Scriptures, in essence knowing that the beginning of wisdom was true understanding. He also surrounded himself with high qualified people of God in his cabinet level positions.

This is in high contrast to the Obamassiah who in his speech last Thursday in Cairo told the crowd the Islamic story of Isra, in which Moses, Jesus and Mohammed joined in prayer. [Something that is not in the Bible so it is not attributed as truth.]

The media portrays the last four months of the Obama “residency” at the White House as “ a picture… emerging of a chief executive who is comfortable with public displays of his religion” when in essence it is more of a Politician abusing the identity of the Christian Faith for his own personal gain.

Just because it barks like a duck and walks like a duck doesn’t make it a duck. My dear friends it is still a dog.

Obama’s invocation of our dear Lord Jesus is nothing more than overtly Christian rhetoric due to the underlying purpose. Obama largely disagrees with every Christian issue and increasingly invokes more rhetoric used for his own selfish political gain.

This is in stark contrast to President of Bush whose victories were powered in part by evangelical voters combined with Godly counsel.

Although this false portrayal of Obama, undoubtedly gives people a sense of comfort, it’s a facade that covers over a lot of policies that are anti-Christian including but not limited to Obama’s pro-death position of abortion.

Only a fool is prepared to believe Barrack Hussein Obama is a fellow believer deeply rooted into the Word of God and Christian faith. But then again aren’t the fools running the ungodly left media outlets?

When someone shows you who they are believe them, actions rarely lie.

A Stimulus Story

It is the month of August, on the shores of the Black Sea. It is raining, and the little town looks totally deserted. It is toughtimes, everybody is in debt, and everybody lives on credit. Suddenly, a rich tourist comes to town. He enters the only hotel, lays a 100 Euro note on the reception counter, and goes to inspect therooms upstairs in order to choose one.

The hotel proprietor takes the 100 Euro note and runs to pay his debtto the butcher.The butcher takes the 100 Euro note, and runs to pay his debt to the pig farmer.The pig farmer takes the 100 Euro note, and runs to pay his debt tothe supplier of his feed and fuel.The supplier of feed and fuel takes the 100 Euro note and runs to payhis debt to the town's prostitute that in these hard times, gave her"services" on credit.

At that moment, the tourist comes down after inspecting the rooms, and takes his 100 Euro note, saying that he did not like any of the rooms, and leaves town.

No one earned anything. However, the whole town is now without debt,and looks to the future with a lot of optimism.

And that is how the United States Government under President Obama and the State of California under Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger are doing business today.

Ignorance is an achievement, and in South Carolina there is no exception to the rule.

I was appalled to learnt hat last week the Supreme Court of South Carolina had ordered it’s Governor, Mark Sanford, to take $700 million in federal “stimulus” money.

The liberal media would portray this “package” as saving “struggling schools”. Governor Sanford however did not want to accept the stimulus money because it would force South Carolina to create the largest budget hole in state financial history.

Before I get into the argument of how Mr. Obama is advancing his socialist cause, I believe one should look at the unintended consequences of the radical unions that have taken over the public school system with their binding arbitration and generous teacher contracts.

Had it not been for greed of the Education Union’s leadership that has crippled the school systems not only in South Carolina but across the nation as well, perhaps the education system would not be in such shambles.

With that being said, I believe this case deserves to be looked at a little more closely; specifically the actions of the Supreme Court of South Carolina. I for one believe that there is a strong argument made that the ruling of last Thursday violates the notion of federalism. My case in point is simple: The problem with this case boils down to money. It seems the Obama Administration just bought off the State of South Carolina. It purses their use of power by manipulating the state into what their ideology thought it should do. This sets a dangerous precedent, one that draws the country one step closer to socialism.

I remember my former Junior High School History Teacher, Mr. Vaughn Brown, expressing this was the exact reason we fought the American Revolution in 1776.

Of course the democrats never see it that way. According to Associated Press, Congressman Jim Clyburn (D-South Carolina) took issue with Sanford’s refusal of the federal funds. He even went so far to accuse him of being a foe of public education and unconcerned that, without the stimulus money, schools in the state would have to eliminate as many as 2,600 education jobs, including 1,500 teachers. A look at Sanford’s political career reveals a different reason. It seems that Governor Sanford has consistently fought against increased federal and state government spending. So much for the accusation that he is playing politics with people's lives. Prior to the ruling, Governor Sanford had refused to request the stimulus funds unless legislators agreed to offset state debt by an equal amount, which they didn’t. His idea was twice rejected by the White House.

Graduating with High Honors

The devils children from the ACLU reared their ugly head once again. 400 students in Florida broke protocol during a graduation ceremony at Pace High School in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and recited the Lord's Prayer.

The ungodly defender of lies, aka: The American Civil Liberties Union, previously filed a lawsuit against the school due to their unhappiness with the principal asking for the meal at an awards dinner to be blessed.

The graduation prayer was recited in protest of the lawsuit. The students felt that the lawsuit was an attack on free speech.

In essence, the ACLU attempted to strong arm the school with the threat that the school would be hauled off to court if anyone gave a religious message at the graduation. To add insult to injury, the not so good ACLU demanded that no one had anything religious to say including a prayer.

I would like to commend the actions of the students. They refused to be bullied by the left thinking theologians that in fact have no theology at all. Each and every student that participated in the prayer fought back to defend their right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, three things the ACLU is undeniably against.

Everyone of these kids, in my opinion, has graduated with High Honors!

Un-Equaled Protection

On Friday morning, my wife and I were driving down Grand Street in Waterbury. As we passed by the Mayor’s Office, I caught the red light at the intersection of Leavenworth and Grand Streets and was forced to stop. When I looked out my window I noticed right in front of the Mayor’s Office, a police motorcycle had parked right in front of a fire hydrant.

I promptly Googled the Office of the Mayor’s phone number from my Blackberry and when a woman answered I asked her politely “Excuse me Miss, if I park in front of a fire hydrant would I get a ticket?”. She responded, “I think so”.

Having set the stage to prove my point I asked her “Then why is it that the police motorcycle parked in front of the fire hydrant outside the Mayor’s Office is any different than me?”

She responded “I don’t know, but let me transfer you to someone that does.”

After being transferred to the mayor’s public liaison staff, a gently speaking man named John was asked the same question, “Excuse me Sir, if I park in front of a fire hydrant would I get a ticket?” He chuckled a second or so as if it was some type of joke and responded “well I would certainly think so.” I then asked the same question to him, “Then why is it that the police motorcycle parked in front of the fire hydrant outside the Mayor’s Office any different than me?” He obviously looked out his window and responded “Oh my, I am not quite sure, but he is parked there isn’t he.”

I explained my argument of Equal Protection where as I should expect that a police officer should be held to the same standards as the rest of us, thus he should personally get a ticket for breaking the law. He agreed and promised to get back to me with a response.

The Equal Protection Clause, part of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, provides that "no state shall ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws".

I for one have become agitated as the years pass when bureaucrats, government officials, and everyday pinhead public servants continue to live above the law while holding us accountable and liable for their foolishness.

Later in the day, I followed up with John from the mayor’s Office. He had some sort of “The Corporation counsel said Police can Park where they want when they want and can not be challenged” type of response. After asking him what State Statue allows that, he offered no response. Being the type of man that does not accept stupidity or card le blanc responses, I am now awaiting a call back from the Corporation Counsel and will expect a response Monday.

Perhaps this agitation I spoke of earlier is a by-product of a government that is out of touch with it’s people or a people that have some how been forgotten. Only time will tell.

What I do know for now is I will continue to ask those that make or enforce the laws [and foolishly spend our hard earned dollars as well] to live at the same standards as the rest of us.

Anything less is well unequaled protection.

No More Kool Aid Please

Last week, I wrote in my blog about Pastor David and Mrs. Jones being cited for holding a Bible Study in their home. Fortunately, the County reviewed the foolish request that was made and has subsequently rescinded the citation. They also offered an apology to the pastor.

The short version of the story is that Pastor and Mrs Jones were warned they could be fined anywhere from $100.00 - $1,000.00 if they held the weekly Bible studies in their home.

Their attorney, argued that their constitutional rights were being violated and as such received two letters from the county.

The first, from the county attorney rescinded the citation noting a permit was not required and the second from the Chief Administrative Officer which apologized for the counties actions and assured them that steps were being taken to prevent similar religious gatherings from being cited as well.

In my blog last week, I noted that they should stop selling Kool Aid in the Golden State. We all now see what happens when bureaucrats, who can not handle their own, stop drinking it.

Exemplifying Inexperience

Almost anyone who knows me understands I am by no means pleased with the Obama Administrations position or remaining 3 ½ years in office [assuming the American people brighten up and vote him out].

After an general review of Mr. Obama’s political campaign and subsequent past six months in the position as Commander in Chief it becomes more an more apparent to me each day that he is truly in over his head.

Obama, a rather young Chicago Politician appears to be confused an out of touch with American principles and what our role is in the world. His constant change of positions and inability to have a clear and direct path for the United States and it’s world plane further demonstrates the clarity he so desperately lacks thus giving him the inability to defend those.

Earlier in the week when Obama was interviewed by a British media outlet, he talked about democracy and the rule of law being universal principles, but on the other hand stated that the U.S. cannot impose its values "on another country with a different history and a different culture." Be it as it may, it clearly shows that Mr. Obama is out of touch with the values and principles America was built on and unable to determine if the American principles out founding fathers established this great country on are relative values or universal principles.

To add insult to injury, Obama is trying to treat U.S.-Muslim relations as a matter of ethnicity. This is evidenced by his claim that "if you actually took the number of Muslim Americans," the U.S. would "be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world." Our culture and country holds on to clear priniciples which our founding father believed and found to be self evident and true. We have a rule of law and the Constitution which involves freedom and liberty. These principles need to be understood and present to the Islamic world. I acknowledge the differences in the ethnicity however this country was founded on the belief that our principles are universally true and they should be upheld and respected around the world.

Because of Obama’s confusion, his Mideast trip I believe will be unable to advance our universal principles such as the rule of law, constitutionalism, and religious liberty. Although I firmly believe that being a career politician is not a requirement to run for office of the Presidency, a clear understanding of these principles undeniably are, for which the absolute retention of democracy rests.

The True AIG

Just when you thought that the government’s massive bailout of AIG couldn’t become any more convoluted, the true story of AIG came to light recently. A Michigan federal judge ruled that a lawsuit brought by an Ex-Marine will go forward concerning the government bailout of insurance giant American International Group, or AIG.

The problem with AIG, which was mainly missed by the mainstream left theologian media thinkers, is that the company engages in “sharia-compliant insurance” to fulfill tenets of the Muslim faith. According to this “sharia compliant insurance”; there is a certain amount of interest that you cannot take under sharia law, and anything above that interest has to be cleansed. Coincidentally, the cleansing of that interest is to have a board of Islamic leaders called Imams cleanse it by, you guessed it; sending it to Islamic charities.

Obviously, this is in violation of the Constitution's Establishment Clause, which prevents the government from a certain degree of involvement in religion. Everyone knows that some Islamic charities are not necessarily charities at all. It just so happens that some of these Islamic charities that AIG sends the interest to may be involved with the terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah.

My case in point is when the federal government successfully prosecuted the Holy Land Foundation, a well-known charity for Islamic causes in Texas because it ended up funding Hamas and Hezbollah.

Thankfully, in this case and with an unusual act of wisdom from the federal bench, a federal judge has waved a green flag for the case to proceed.

One would assume that if a conflict arises between American law and religious laws, the Constitution would prevail. Given the fact that the federal government is involved and the commander in chief is an inexperienced Chicago politician way over his head, I hardly have faith that this ruled principle would apply.

Not only did the fat cats at AIG feed once again at taxpayer expense, but their parasite Islamic brothers [some of which with no doubt may be terrorists] are now direct leaches off the backs of Americans. Good job Barak.

Capitalism

I have heard so many Christians that have misconceptions about capitalism that they actually see capitalism as a means to promote greed and corruption.

These misconceptions are based on an all out assault by the left thinking theologians that characterize capitalism as the root of all evils rather than the what it really is, the use of God given wisdom. There is a strong moral case that capitalism is superior over other economic alternatives. My case in point, take one look at countries such as China, Russia, and North Korea.

Because of the requirement of capitalism causing one to have to work hard and think even harder, capitalism promotes self motivation and in it’s truest form, the dependence of counsel with the One True God. Wealth is created and when done in the God given standards of moral ways, it does not leave a fellow person poor.

Truly helping those that are poor is helping all have an economy that creates wealth. Having an economy create wealth is undertaking an economic policy with economic actions that promote people to work hard. In short when someone is down on their luck give them a hand up, not a hand out.

For far to long, the economic policies of those that are in government have left those middle class people sadly but simply put forgotten. Getting back to basic "Capitalistic Economics" is a good start.

Unfortunately the batteries in Washington right now are stone cold dead. To no surprise the politicians are so far out of touch they could not possibly understand how the average Joe the Plumber is dealing with it.

Christians should not to buy into these negative stereotypes about capitalism. What they should buy into are candidates where real change will occur. A change that embraces the founding principals that made the United States of America a truly great country: Capitalism.

As long as there are Democrats and Republicans that is nothing more than a lost cause.

An Officers Kool-Aid

Out on the left coast, in not so lovely California, a San Diego pastor has been told by the county bureaucrats that he needs to obtain a permit to host a weekly Bible study in his home.

Apparently, Pastor and Mrs. David Jones host the weekly study in their home, in the same neighborhood as their church. The whole episode began when a pinhead county zoning officer paid them a friendly visit. Their attorney, Dean Broyles, said the official pinhead asked the pastor if they hosted a regular weekly meeting in their home, and if they prayed and said "Amen" and "Praise the Lord" at those meetings. Obviously, any Christian gathering of this kind would have affirmative responses to those questions, the Jones including. The Joneses replied yes, and a citation was issued advising them that they violated the county regulations and had to stop “religious assembly” immediately. In addition, they needed to apply for a “major use” permit in order to continue these gatherings. A process that costs thousands of dollars

Their attorney maintains there rights have been violated and I agree.

How the red tape pushers in California feel they can prohibit exercise of free religion is beyond me.

The news wire reports that The American Family Association has launched an online petietion drive related to the incident, asking the San Diego County Board of Supervisors to immediately stop interfering with the rights of individuals to hold Bible studies in their homes. I would encourage you to Google for it and fill it out. Although Pastor Jones and his wife say they will continue to challenge the county's policy that is attacking this “major use” of about 15 people each week, I have an easier solution. Stop selling Kool Aid in California.

A Professor's Exercise

To no surprise, an obviously liberal associate professor at York University in Toronto believes the new teen crazed called “Sexting”; which is youngsters sending nude photos of themselves via cell phone; is not child pornography, and senders shouldn't be prosecuted.

The not so good professor, Peter Cumming, authored a paper at the 78th Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences, arguing that this immoral act is similar to "spin-the-bottle" or "playing doctor." Now I have witnessed the liberal left wing theologians far reach before, but this is really stretching it. In essence, "Sexting” is the intentional act of a child producing child pornography. This is a clear indication of just how much trouble this society has wondered into. Pornography of any kind is not only wrong but immoral, child pornography however is the most serious crime anyone can become involved in. If children are procuring and distributing child pornography at this age, one should think what will they deem normal and acceptable as adults.

Current laws have been put into place to prohibit production and distribution of child pornography and should be enforced, and for good reason. If there is no prosecution the wrong message is sent to our youth that are clearly in trouble just with the surroundings society has placed around them at this current time.

If however, the enforcement of child pornography continues with diligent prosecution, in a juvenile environment such as juvenile courts, the children will understand that there are consequences to actions, their actions are wrong and they will stop. Any clear thinking parent needs to talk to their children now, making certain that the child understands the danger and immoral reality of “Sexting”.

“Any form of ….. pornography [is] a sinful perversions of God’s gift of sex.” Point 25 of our statement of Faith.

The perverted state of our adults is finally coming home to roost with our innocent children, whom they all parent.

For this evil to succeed, good only need do nothing.

Disoriented Parenting

A recent story came out on the wire where a Catholic school in Omaha expelled an eight-year-old boy who thinks he's a girl.

I was particularly puzzled by this until I read between the lines. It seems the parents have said the child had expressed a desire to be a girl since he was four years old and they were simply helping him live accordingly. It begs the question to be asked: Why would parents knowingly and willingly grow and permit a misguided delusion this little child has?

I for one believe their misguided actions are nothing short of criminal in nature and I believe this is one case where the State if Nebraska should step in and investigate the severe cruelty being portrayed by these parents. Clearly, their actions continue to confuse this child. Rebelling against the natural biological design God chose for this boy is demonic to the greatest degree." Further, I believe their actions of encouraging gender confusion are nothing short of child abuse.

Proverbs 22:6 tells us “Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.” Clearly, it is the responsibility of all parents to take children by the hand and train them by leading them in the right direction. We are also dutiful in helping them understand some of the confusing things that children go through in life while growing up. What these parents are doing is nothing short than aiding this child in living a lie

Apparently, this grievous case came to light when the parents met with school officials to transition the child into the next grade level and were told the child would not be able to be enrolled as a girl. After three years at the school as a boy, enrolling him a girl would disrupt the development of the child and the learning environment for all the students.

Life is always full of storms. The Bible warns us that the storms will come more frequently as the End Times approach, just like birth pains. But you can weather these storms in peace, my dear friend. All you have to do is keep your eyes on Jesus.

Sure, there are storms. There are greater storms yet to come. But as a child of God, you can be safe, you can be at peace. At this moment—as you read these words—where are your eyes? Your physical eyes are focused on this page. But you also have spiritual eyes ... eyes of the heart ...and what you see with those eyes will transform your life. I have great news for you today!

Spiritual eyes don’t see the problem or focus on the crisis.They see Jesus and focus on the Lord! You can look at your personal situation, your medical issue, your relationship problem, and be overwhelmed by worry. Or you can see with your spiritual eyes—and feel confident. Reassured. Safe. At peace.

We can all learn something important from King Jehoshaphat (2 Chronicles 20), who understood one thing: where to look. A massive multinational army was forming to annihilate Israel. Jehoshaphat had no idea what to do. His natural eyes saw disaster. “We have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us,” he told God honestly, “nor do we know what to do. But, our eyes are upon You.” (2 Chronicles 20:12 NKJV) God gave Israel the victory the very next day ... without even having to fight. That’s the kind of victory I want today! I want it for me, and thats the kind of victory you should want for you! And you can have it—as you see with your spiritual eyes—as you fix your eyes on the Lord—as you pray Jehoshaphat’s prayer:
“I don’t know what to do—but my eyes are fixed on You.”

Maybe you’re saying to yourself, “I don’t even know how to ask God for help. "That’s OK—do what Jehoshaphat did: He sent “praisers” out ahead of the army, simply to thank God for His goodness, in advance of the victory! “Praise the Lord,” they sang, “For His mercy endures forever!” When you don’t know how to pray—when you don’t even know how to ask God for help—when your situation is too confusing, too confounding, too perplexing for words ... praise the Lord! Thank Him for His goodness ... thank Him for the blessings you’ve already received ... thank Him as an expression of faith that He is going to help you again ... And let Him get to work!The children of Israel could be confident in the face of the enemy because of two very basic decisions they had made—two basic decisions that you can make, too, and experience the same confidence they did: They lived in Covenant with the Lord—they trusted Him and Him alone. Not some government stimulus plan or some military power or fortress wall. They continually laid their offerings before the Lord, keeping their “seed in the ground.” They kept trusting Him as they faithfully believed that He would give them a continual protection of blessings! So many people in the midst of trials withdraw and trust other powers, rather than the one true God.

I want to encourage you to speak this promise prophetically over your life right now:“God will take care of me. God will smite my enemies. God will rebuke the devourer for my sake. God will keep famine and pestilence from me. God will bless me.”

Marriage Excavation

On May 26, 2009, the California Supreme Court affirmed that marriage is only between a man and a woman. Typical to the rarely so wise court system on the left coast,they also validated thousands of same-sex "marriages" that occurred in the Golden State of California last year.

The problem began one year prior when the California Supreme Court had legalized homosexual "marriage". That all changed however under Proposition 8, which defined marriage as between a man and a woman. The purpose of Prop. 8 was a constitutional amendment, which was approved by 52 percent of voters in November, and overturned the previous ruling by the state's high court which legalized the grievous act of homosexual marriage.

The decision was correct in as much as the Court arrived at the only conclusion possible in this case: the people of California have a fundamental right to amend their own constitution.

In their normal course of inconsistency however, the court also decided that the nearly 18,000 same sex "marriages" that were held June through early November 2008 remain valid, which is contrary to the intent of the amendment.

This problem lies solely on the court when it created the problem with the first decision. As is par for the course, despite the clear voice of the majority that marriage is between a man and a woman they have succeeded in expanding the problem. In essence the court has dug itself a deeper hole by refusing to invalidate the "marriages" it allowed last year.

The justices could have hijacked the voice of the people at the ballot box, but with Sonia Sotomayer, waiting in the wings one should suppose she will lead Mr. Obama's cause in that respect.

One last note for now, another potential battle is looming over the left coast horizon. Homosexual activists are threatening a petition drive to put homosexual marriage on a future ballot in hopes of reversing Prop. 8 thus giving new meaning to grievous behavior.

The Failure of Inexpirience reared it's ugly head last week.

I was astounded by Mr.Barack Obama's friendly greeting of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez last week. Quite frankly, Mr. Obama is bolstering the "enemies of America.”

Although I was just a child back in the mid 70's, I can tell you Mr. Obama is reminiscent of the failed President Jimmy Carter. For those of you that missed it, Obama was smiling at his love fest and offered a hearty handshake to Chavez, one of the harshest critics of the United States, during the Summit of the Americas.

Carter tried weakness, and failed because the world got tougher and tougher President Ronald Reagan had to come in and clean it all up. One only needs to remember that when the predators, the aggressors, the anti-Americans, and the dictators sense weakness, they all start pushing ahead with their anti America plan.

The greeting of Chavez by Obama is nothing less than irresponsible.

I believe Obama is sending a terrible signal to all of Latin America, and an irresponsible message about how this new administration regards dictators.

Just as troubling to me is Obama’s willingness to talk to Iran.

There is no upside to being friends with Hugo Chavez. He is a dictator that has suppressed his country for years and certainly nothing good can result form last weeks events.

You can not be friends with your enemies, that simply doesn't work. What part of that doesn't the democratic party of defeat understand?

It was a failure of inexpirience to the highest degree.

When Truth Rears Its Head

On April 16, 2009, the White House confirmed that they asked for the symbol,which represents the name of Jesus, to be covered "to have a consistent background of American flags...."

In other Words the current resident of the 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. covered up Jesus.

It is incomprehensible how any President could ask a Catholic University to cover up the sacred symbol that represents Jesus so it would create an accommodating background for a political speech.

Would President Obama would have covered sacred symbols of the Islamic faith? I could say with certainty probably not.

In Mr. Obama's current love fest with our enemies he would not want to miss an opportunity to embrace his true faith, but that is yet another blog.

As a Christian and Pastor, it is troubling to watch a President of the United States show such complete contempt and disrespect for our faith and Lord who gave His life for even this man. The actions by the White House should be appalling to every American who cherishes sacred traditions...especially Christians.

Given the fact that Obama and his team asked the Catholic University to cover up the sacred symbol of Jesus to provide a better backdrop for his speech proves that Mr. Obama has no understanding, desire or respect for sacred expressions of faith.

This image is in far contrast to the image that the Obama team portrayed during the campaign. I recall ever so easily of how Mr. Obama was a man of deep faith, deep understanding and deep tolerance. What a kawinkkedink, things aren't always what they seem.

I myself, personally believe [along with 1,000's of other Christian leaders] that it is stunning and shameful that anyone, let alone our government would ask a Christian institution to cover up a public expression of Jesus. It seems his desire to have a better political background for a televised speech was obviously more important.

Mr. Obama is not a person who respects or cherishes the Christian faith, but his affiliations with Gene Robinson [the gay 'bishop"] and "rev" Jeremiah Wright [the hate Pastor] was all I needed to know to confirm where Mr. Obama's faith and morality stood.

I for one am outraged and extremely disappointed at his actions, but not surprised. After all, what would you expect from the same man that fought so hard for a law that required aborted fetus's that lived to lie helplessly on a hospital table and die.

And what were all you people thinking that voted for him?

A Moment of Humanism

Reports of the wire today reveal that an Arizona pastor was tasered, bloodied by broken glass and sporting 11 stitches in his head. The Pastor reports his injuries resulted from a Border Patrol checkpoint located 75 miles inside the U.S. where the pastor was battered by police. His crime: Refusing to allow agents to search his vehicle.

As always, things are not always as they seem.

The incident took place earlier this week and emphasize the tension between constitutional rights, the issue of border security and a controversial Supreme Court ruling that grants an exceptional level of police authority near the Mexican border.

Pastor Steven Anderson of Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe states he did nothing that warranted his treatment and eventual arrest. He further insists his refusal to allow the search of his car was reasonable protection of his Fourth Amendment rights that protect him against unreasonable search without a warrant.

According to the U.S. Border Patrol, in an explanation on World Net Daily, “Anderson misunderstood his constitutional rights and that because a drug-sniffing dog alerted to Anderson's rental car, the pastor was wrong not to allow the agents to search his vehicle.”

The Supreme Court ruled and federal law permits the Border Patrol to establish checkpoints up to 100 miles inside the U.S. and that with probable cause the Fourth Amendment doesn't apply to searches of automobiles.

The ruling doesn't apply to typical law enforcement agencies, only to "immigration" checkpoints established by the Border Patrol.

The courts have typically ruled against "suspicion-less" stops and searches of vehicles at police checkpoints, such as the one that detained Anderson. As recently as 2000, the Supreme Court ruled in Indianapolis vs Edmond that police cannot establish roadblocks staffed by dogs to randomly search automobiles for drugs.

The discord comes from a 1976 case that ultimately created an exception allowing the Border Patrol the unique power to establish checkpoints for seeking illegal immigrants, with the secondary purpose of finding drugs. In short, police cannot operate a K-9, or drug-detecting dog, checkpoint without violating the Fourth Amendment but the Border Patrol can.

The Pastor was extracted from his car and arrested by Arizona Department of Public Safety officers, not the Border Patrol.

In sum, the Pastor had a moment of flesh, which we all do from time to time. Although I sympathize with the Pastor I can say that he has an obligation to our God to uphold the laws of the states.

One can only ask the very basic question: What would Jesus do? One of the hardest things for a public person of God such as we pastors to remember is our public testimony to Christians and the secular world.

Forced Homosexuality

It was bad enough that the Supreme Court forced same-sex marriage on Connecticut residents but now the Connecticut General Assembly may take that decision even further. It came to my attention that there is a bill pending in the legislator that takes the forcing of homosexuality a step further.

The provisions you need to know about of a bill that is currently in the State Senate that would go far beyond the Court’s actions and force the issue of gay marriage into our public schools and weaken protections for religious groups that oppose same sex marriage.

SB 899 is billed as merely clarifying and implementing the Supreme Court's decision, but it does far more than that. Hidden in SB 899 is language that repeals Connecticut’s law stating that schools need not promote the gay lifestyle. SB 899 also undermines protections which spare religious groups which oppose gay marriage from having to recognize it.

SB 899 crosses the line and is forcing Connecticut residents a step deeper into to sin while all the time placing our Christian values in danger.

SB 899 goes too far. If passed it will allow the teaching of gay marriage in our schools and forcing religious groups to accept gay marriage, whether they like it or not.

What use to be billed as having "tolerance" is now a forced acceptance of the gay agenda over the objections of parents and churches who disagree.

The best way to tell the liberal Connecticut State Legislature that SB 899 crosses the line is to vote them out of office this fall. It is time we take our state back form the hands of the enemy. I encourage everyone, whether you are resident of the State of Connecticut or not to call (860) 240-8600, and tell the State Senate to vote NO on SB 899.

If SB 899 is passed it will trickle through the other liberal states with the help of the current White Hosue resident.

Yesterday, April 15, 2009 was the deadline to file and pay federal taxes with the Internal Revenue Service. Not surprising to find though was that Americans can expect to send more of their tax dollars to abortion providers like Planned Parenthood than they did at this time last year.

Although Mr. Obama, the current resident of the White House, promised to find ‘common ground’ on abortion, his policy decisions have already impacted and alienated We the People.
What a difference a year makes. Thanks to Obama we can now subsidize abortion providers like the Planned Parenthood Federation and Marie Stopes International, who will promote abortion overseas.

Also thanks to the abortion-friendly leadership in Congress, [the democrats], domestic taxpayer funding for the nation's number-one abortion provider is on the rise. All of this is not surprising given Obama’s pro-death position, but Planned Parenthood funding is up, even though they post over one billion dollars in revenue and a profit of eighty-five million dollars. I always say life is about choices, choices with consequences.

Last year the vote at the ballot box for those on Capitol Hill had consequences. What adds insult to injury to each and every clear thinking believer in Christ is that our hard earned money, money that we can not even afford to pay to the government in taxes is going toward a hefty abortion bailouts.

The request of tens of thousands of Americans this year asking Congress to respect our pro-life position, the only true position, has fallen on death's ears. The liberal left guru’s like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reede continue with their pro-death abortion agenda with more and more bailout money.

Currently, Congress is beginning their new appropriations process along with Mr. Obama. They would do well to repent before God Almighty for their devilish choices and stop the flow of taxpayer dollars to the abortion industry.

Logic only dictates that you will never reduce abortion as long as you continue to subsidize and fund it at We the People’s expense. This is something Pelosi and Reede are well aware of. The Obama administration's promise to find ways to reduce abortion was just another charade You the People bought in November.

I wonder how many of you Christians that voted for him are having buyer’s remorse now?

All the bailout money in the world will not stop the famine the Lord is bringing to this murderous nation.

And I ask again: Exactly what were you all thinking last November? You certainly were just blowing kisses in the wind.

The Problem with Immigration...Again

The problem with immigration raised its ugly head once more. It seems that John Demjanjuk was released from federal custody Tuesday evening, hours after six immigration officers bombarded the 89 year old ailing man’s home and removed the accused Nazi death camp guard in a wheelchair. It seems our wonderfully armed Federal officials had taken Mr. Demjanjuk to a federal building in downtown Cleveland. The retired autoworker's impending return to Germany was halted when three-judge panel of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted a stay of deportation.

This Senior Citizen has been charged by an arrest warrant in Germany that he was an accessory to some 29,000 deaths during World War II at the Sobibor camp in Nazi-occupied Poland. If he was sent back to Germany, he could be formally charged in court.

After his release, Mr. Demjanjuk was driven to his home in Seven Hills after his release, former son-in-law and family spokesman Ed Nishnic said. Our uneconomically minded bureaucrats over at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said in a statement they'll supervise him through electronic monitoring. I assume this would prevent the ailing man from escaping extradiction in his wheel chair.

In granting the stay, the three-judge panel said it would further consider Demjanjuk's motion to reopen the U.S. case that ordered the deportation. Mr. Demjanjuk is ailing and now has painful medical ailments that would make travel to Germany torturous.

Because of Mr. Demjanjuk's imminent deportation, the court issued the stay without addressing the U.S. government's argument that the court had no jurisdiction to rule on his appeal. I find it amazing that the liberal theologians now seem to conveniently somehow disregard a person in the U.S. access to court jurisdiction while all the while fighting for offshore terrorists access to the same courts they wish to deny Mr. Demjanjuk.

The government planned to continue its legal battle in court, said Justice Department spokeswoman Laura Sweeney. Another economically minded bureaucrat I am sure.

Published reports on Tuesday indicated that Mr. Demjanjuk's wife Vera, sobbed and held her hands to her mouth as immigration officers loaded his wheelchair into a van at their home. As the van moved down the street, Vera turned and waved, sobbing in the arms of a granddaughter.

Several lucky family members, including a 10-year-old grandson, were in the home when the officers removed Mr. Demjanjuk and were able to witness the system at its best. I am reminded of Eilian Gonzalez; the little 6 year old deported to Cuba by the Clinton Administration, all over again.

What is also not so surprising is the report by My Demjanjuk’s son, John Demjanjuk Jr., who filed the appeal with the 6th Circuit earlier Tuesday. He said the government hadn't lived up to earlier understandings of how his father would be removed. No surprise there. He was promised the Mr. Demjanjuk would have an ambulance and three to five days' notice.” Maybe the goverment pinheads should be charged with making a false statement.

The Nazi-hunting Simon Wiesenthal Center is dead set on punishing Mr. Demjanjuk and said it was undeterred. Rabbi Marvin Heir, Wiesenthal Center founder promised "We remain confident that John Demjanjuk will be deported and finally face the bar of justice for the unspeakable crimes he committed during World War II when he was a guard at the Sobibor death camp, his work at the Sobibor death camp was to push men, women and children into the gas chamber. He had no mercy, no pity and no remorse for the families whose lives he was destroying forever".

Deborah Dwork, a professor of Holocaust history at Clark University in Worcester, Mass., said the Demjanjuk case illustrates that there is no statute of limitations on the crime of genocide. "The issue is holding him accountable, no matter what his age," she said.

Clear thinking people can clearly contradict her position. Mr. Demjanjuk's case clearly illustrates that the deep rooted hatred of a generation past is still deeply rooted within the hearts of many nations and politcal cronies are as far from justice as they have ever been. It begs the question to be asked: At what lengths will the German Government go to save face with the public?

Ms. Dwork said she believes German prosecutors acted cautiously and deliberately in bringing their case because they can't afford to run a weak trial. Germany's image in the eyes of the international community would be tarnished if Mr. Demjanjuk is acquitted, she said. What a shame.

Mr. Demjanjuk, a native Ukrainian, has denied being a Nazi guard and claims he was a prisoner of war of the Germans. He came to the United States after the war as a refugee.
Mr. Demjanjuk had been tried in Israel after accusations surfaced that he was the notorious Nazi guard "Ivan the Terrible" in Poland at the Treblinka death camp. He was found guilty in 1988 of war crimes and crimes against humanity, a conviction later overturned by the Israeli Supreme Court.

I for one think it is a shame that Mr. Demjanjuk had to go through the hell that he went through once again Tuesday morning. Whether the man is guilty or not is between him and God. He denied being a part of Hitler’s Regime and Israeli Supreme Court affirmed that. I know that my Lord and Savior Jesus hung on that cross for him as well. It seems Rabbi Heir like his Pharisee ancestors still doesn’t get it as well. I will pray for you oh mislead man of God.

The Consequences of One's Actions

I learned today that a private plane that crashed into a Montana cemetery last week
killing 7 children and 7 adults. It is sad when a life is lost, especially the life of children. The media was quick to report the devastating plane crash.

Sadly however, the news sources failed to mention that the place of the site was the Catholic Holy Cross Cemetery, owned by Resurrection Cemetery Association in Butte. This is important because the site of the crash, contained a memorial for local residents to pray the rosary, at the 'Tomb of the Unborn'. This memorial, is located a short distance west of the church and was
erected as a dedication to all babies who have died because of abortion.

I bring this to everyone's attention because the family who died in the crash near the location of the abortion victim's memorial, is the family of Irving 'Bud' Feldkamp, owner of the largest for-profit abortion chain in the nation.

This demon, purchased Family Planning Associates four years ago. He is also the owner of Allcare and Hospitality Dental Associates and CEO of Glen Helen Raceway Park in San Bernardino. In short, this devil is the proud owner of the 17 California Family Planning clinics that perform more abortions in the state than any other abortion provider including Planned Parenthood. In amplification to that, they perform abortions through the first five months of pregnancy.

Feldkamp is not an abortionist but yet he reaps windfall profits from the blood money of the innocent that have been killed. Given the fact that his enterprise performs tens of thousands of every year at the clinics he owns, he was able to afford the private plane that was carrying his family to their week-long vacation at The Yellowstone Club, a millionaires-only ski resort.

Reports indicate that the plane went down on Sunday, killing two of Feldkamp's daughters, two sons-in-law and five grandchildren along with the pilot and four family friends.

The plane, a single-engine turboprop flown by Bud Summerfield of Highland, crashed into the Catholic cemetery and burst into flames, only 500 ft. from its landing destination. All aboard were killed.

The cause of the crash is a mystery. The pilot, who was a former military flier who logged over 2,000 miles, gave no indication to air traffic controllers that the aircraft was experiencing difficulty when he asked to divert to an airport in Butte. Witnesses report that the plane suddenly nosedived toward the ground with no apparent signs of a struggle. There was neither a cockpit voice recorder nor a flight data recorder onboard, and no radar clues into the planes final moments because the Butte airport is not equipped with a radar facility. Some speculate that the crash was due to ice on the wings, but this particular plane model has been tested for icy
weather and experts have stated that ice being the cause is unlikely.

Scripture warns, if "you did not hate bloodshed, bloodshed will pursue you". (Ezekiel 35:6) Mr. Feldcamp life is financed by bloodshed. One can only assimulate to the truth that you reap what you sow.

Sadly however the innocent children of his family were pursed this time.

Unreasonable Scrutiny

There is an unreasonable scrutiny taking place over the great pond to the right. According to a published report, the Dutch Reformed Church of Moreleta Park has found itself in hot water with it's High Court.

The report maintains that Johan Strydom, a 31 year old gay music lecture, maintains he was fired due to his homosexuality. He is now suing the Church for over R 200 000 in damages. Apparently, the plaintiff maintains he began work in the Church as a lecture and was found to be talented and gifted when it came to his musical lecturing duties in the Church, which began in January 2005.

The plaintiff further maintains he never thought it was important or relevant to divulge his homosexual lifestyle to the church as it was a personal issue. This is inspite of him knowing very well his lifestyle was contradictory to the Word of God. Moreover, sometime in July 2005, the plaintiff was approached by his supervisor and questioned about his sexuality. The plaintiff was further advised he had to attend a meeting to discuss this accusation. The plaintiff advised his supervisor that he felt it was his personal issue and did not intend on participating in the meeting.

Apparently shortly thereafter, the plaintiff was advised by a coworker, who coincidentally happened to also be gay and thought her sexuality was also a personal issue that didn't need to be disclosed; and had to attend the same type of meeting of which she happened to not want attend either. She further advised the plaintiff that they would both be terminated for their failure to attend the meetings.

Ultimately the plaintiff attended the meeting, admitted his homosexuality and was offered counseling for his homosexual oppression. Of course he declined and was promptly un-renewed for his musical lecture ministry.

Far be it from me to worry about the affairs of other countries except for the unintended consequences of this Court even hearing this case let alone to rule on it.

The fact of the matter is, liberal theological thinkers that are trying to advance their homosexual agenda very much are waiting patiently for the outcome of the case. The very fact this case has legal standing is laughable to any clear thinking person.Churches are afforded the separation of Church and State and as such their theology is their best defense. The fact that the plaintiff chose not to disclose his homosexual lifestyle, which is in direct contradiction to the Word of God, on the basis it was his personal business is laughable at best. A church should have the fundamental right to hire in accordance with their theology. The fact that the court is hearing this case suggests the instability within the Dutch Court System in it's way of thinking.

The catch 22 at home is simple. If the plaintiff prevails against the church the consequences here at home are dangerous. All it takes is a liberal federal judge to research the case and apply it to his constructionalist thinking. In turn the judge will somehow make the argument in support of the homosexual agenda. In sum the ruling becomes a law without even legislative representation and the homosexual agenda gets another notch in Satan's belt.

The Word of God warns us in Joshua 24:23 "throw away the foreigns gods that are among you and yield your hearts to the Lord," What the Word of the Lord declares is to be sure to begin the reformation now in your hearts. A man's promise to serve God loses the moral hold of the conscience if he does not instantly put it to practice.

By embracing some foreign case the ungodly become inevitably increasingly ungodly making far more difficult for all of us to yield our hearts to the Lord.

Perhaps the plaintiff should take a course in theology prior to applying for his next career move and the Dutch Court should be his study partner.

Welfare has become commercialized and I am growing tired of it. I am fed up with the greed that has surrounded this country.

The financial crisis is growing and my hard earned tax dollars are feeding the frenzy.

To date big companies like AIG and those found on Wall Street have leached off "We the People." The first payout to AIG revealed a lavish weekend getaway for all the executives that brought the company on the brink of financial destruction. Their thank you I guess.

The second payout revealed the same group had a lavish $385,000 weekend conference. Wall Street has cried out for money, more money; to the tune of $700 billion dollars. They must be bailed out we were told by all the bureaucrats. But wait. Now it has been reported that Wall Street Giants like Goldman Sachs have set aside 6.8 billion dollars and Morgan Stanley $6.4 billion dollars for year end bonus's.Now the big three auto makers have their hands out. Pay up or else the sky will fall. I am sure their executives have fat cat bonus's as well.American Express needs cash. Everywhere you turn everyone needs cash.

You can thank the fat cat executives and unions for this mess. What about "We the People?" How about "The Joe the Plumbers" of the world that can't pay their mortgages, or those that lay awake at night because they can't buy food, gas or oil for their house?My take is let the all fall and fail. None of them are worth the paper their written on and their greed has brought them to this place. Those of us that work hard, pay our taxes and serve God should not have to bear their sins.

I hope you will join me and demand a meeting with all the elected leaders that are giving away our tax dollars and require an explanation of their stupidity. Guess I'll just have to stand in line.

"It's never my fault" So they think

He was very angry when he called today. "Your no Pastor" he screamed. "How could you throw me out?" he continued.

He's been behind on his rent since June and it came time for him to have to leave. He could not get caught up or at least would not get caught up. The company on many times gave him work but he wouldn't or couldn't complete it. After a meeting this week the company made a decision that offered him one last chance to pay his rent and pay a little on the back balance. He had to pay his rent on time and not be late or ignore the payment altogether anymore.

That didn't happen so now he has to leave.

Cowardly? Greedy? Un-Christian like? The answer is no.

We as Christians are called to help our brothers and sisters in need. Help them not hold them. Give them a hand up not a hand out.

Only when we all take responsibility for our actions can we be certain to be walking in Spirit and in truth.

Does it bother me? Yes. I never like having anyone leave. Thats the worst part of Investment Realty.

Another One..er' ah make that 13 Bite the Dust

I was surprised to learn today that Big Brother shut down thirteen more banks since the begining of the New Year.

Actually, I am being coy because I am not at all surprised. For all the money they are pumping into the stock markets and banks the government sure can't seem to get it right.

I for one am sick and tired of my future hard earned money being spent now on a bunch of imbeciles that can't seem to get business right, except for their large six and seven figure salaries pilfered from their companies before they collapse.

Who's helping Joe the plumber or the family next door? So much for "the change we so desperately needed."

I am not an economist but I have made some pretty savvy business decisions in my 39 years on earth and I can tell you that all the money in the world is not going to stop this financial tsunami.

You see the United States of America, which I am proud to be a part of [always] and love dearly has allowed the liberal left thinking theologians to hijack this country and break every commandment and law given by God. All 676 of them found in the Old Testament.

Like Israel in the Old Testament Times, this country has allowed false gods into the forefront.

God told us in Exodus 20:2-3 " I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me." Contrary to many peoples belief this is not a diversified country. This is a country with one God, that is the Judea/Christian God. Not the god of Islam, Hindu or Buddhists.

Murder [abortion] has been legalized, adultery has been rationalized, gay marriage is legalized and so on and so on.

I sincerely believe the protective hand of God is off of this country and unless we fall flat on our face and seek Him and repent it will only get worse.

Let me very clear though. God loves the homosexual but hates homosexuality, God loves the adulterer but hates adultery, God loves the murderer but hates murder.

Only when everyone wakes up, repents and seeks the forgiveness of God will this financial crisis pass.

Until then, I have but one question to those of you who handed the U.S. over to Barrack Obama: What exactly were you thinking?

A Million Hopes

A 28 year old U.S. - Iranian student with dual citizenship was arrested in Tehran where she has been held since mid October.Esha Momeni, a graduate student at Northridge campus of California State University, was arrested on October 15, 2008; according to her lawyer Mohammad Ali Dadkhah. Her crime: "an offense against (national) security". She has both Us and Iranian citizenship.

It seems Esha has been involved with One Million Signatures Campaign, which is fighting for equal womens rights in Tehran.

In Tehran, the laws for woman are so one sided and unfair that their basic rights and freedom are challenged and suppressed. The One Million Campaign was started over two years ago to call for changes to these laws.

The Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has launched a crackdown on this campaign and has arrested people participating in it on similar charges.

Friends of Esha have had no contact with her and fear for her safety. She has been held in the notorious Iranian Evin Prison in section 209, a section known for torture.

She was stopped on October 15, 2008, two days before her planned return home to the States, while driving on the Mordarres highway. She was speaking with Parvin Ardalin, founder of the One Million Campaign, and Ms. Ardalin reports Esha was clearly worried about being pulled over.

Her items have been confiscated along with her phone. She was allowed one phone call to her father. He reported she sounded scared.

The US has not been able to intervene because Tehran does not recognize dual citizenship. They have called this an internal matter. Esha can be confident and comforted with the words in Psalm 9:9 "The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, A refuge in times of trouble." [NKJV] As we extend our prayers for Esha, she may be sure that God will not only judge the evil opressors she is now facing, but He will give her His protection now as she remains in their custody.

Plight of a High Profile Attorney

The week of July 24, 2008, wcbstv.com reported that New York City lawyer Thomas Mullaney is suing Delta Airlines Inc. for $5 million. His claim is that Delta was incompetent and was uninterested in his plight, which left him stranded in Paris for four days last October.His "plight" was an airport workers' strike, obviously something Delta Airlines had no control over.According to the published report, Mullaney maintains "Delta refused to let passengers rebook flights by telephone for "unfathomable" reasons and insisted they go to the chaotic airport and rebook there." [bold and italic text taken from report]Ultimately, Mullaney, an obviously wiser and much more learned person than those capitalists at Delta Airlines says he paid $5,000 for two round-trip tickets on American Airlines to return home and Delta refused to reimburse him for the unused portion.

Mullaney's lawsuit that he filed Wednesday in Manhattan, says he believes Delta stranded and failed to reimburse thousands of passengers. He is seeking class action status.According to his website, Mr. Mullaney graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in 1991 and Boston Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 1996. Mr. Mullaney's website further explains that he has "formerly practiced as a litigator at White & Case LLP. a venerable New York City-based international law firm that served many of the world's largest corporations in highly complex cases, handling disputes concerning domestic and cross-border business transactions, securities matters, intellectual property rights, and white-collar criminal defense."One may assume, based on that statement, that Mr. Mullaney obviously has had great and in depth experience with such complex issues as this and now seeks an opportunity to make an example of Delta for its refusal to satisfy his request that he be allowed to rebook over the phone.

The Apostle Paul speaks of Lawsuits among believers in 1 Corinthians 6. He explains in 1 Corinthians 6:7 [NIV]that "The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already." He continues in the verse to ask "Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?" Defeated is the past tense of "defeat", which means according to The Consolidated-Webster Comprehensive Encyclopedic Dictionary "loss of battle" . When one is the party that experiences the "loss of battle", that individual is inevitably, according to the Apostle Paul, by virtue of the fact that one even files a lawsuit rather than be wronged or cheated, is consequently a LOSER.

Only when our elected officials finally take frivolous claims serious enough to require Plaintiff's that invent such frivolous claims to protect the Defendant of these claims from having to outlay enormous amounts of legal fees to defend themselves, will all consumers benefit from the inevitable passing on of said legal fees and costs associated therein. In sum, even when a loser wins, we all lose.

The Ignorance of a Dilema

Now that Gay Marriage is official and legal in California, state prison officials face a perplexing situation. They must now try to figure out what to do with their gay inmates.

Although no prisoners so far have aggressively desired to arrange marriage with their gay partners, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation lawyers are drafting guidelines to bring the state's 33 adult prisons into compliance with the court's ruling that same sex couples must be treated the same as heterosexual couples under the California Constitution just in case.What they have determined is that the gay prisoners may marry someone outside of the correction system, but not a fellow prisoner. The rational: They need to give gay prisoners the same opportunity of rules that apply to the straight ones. Apparently prisoners have the right to marry when incarcerated.According to a recent article, spokeswoman for The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Michele Kane said "They will have the same marriage rights as other inmates - they will be able to marry non - inmates, but be barred from marrying other inmates in prison." Apparently the Department of Corrections is concerned that a stronger gay prisoner might find out that a weaker gay prisoner has money or other assets and will coerce the latter prisoner into marriage in order to claim half of their assets.I for one find that line of thinking a fine example of bureaucratic stupidity.

With all due respect Ms. Kane, under California Law, a prisoner with substantial assets must forfeit their assets to the State of California in order to allow the state the opportunity to recoup their cost of incarcerating and caring for the prisoner. All of this nonsense is the consequence of California becoming the first state to allow conjugal visits and overnight stays for inmates with same sex partners in the civilian population.

The practice of California is disturbing on at least two points.

The first and primary job of incarceration is to separate a person from the life in society and restrict their activity giving them time to improve and correct the behavior that brought them to incarceration in the first place. Allowing inmates to have conjugal visits and overnight stays is hardly a separation and restriction that would support or aid improvement and correction of behavior.

The second point being state endorsement of sinful behavior is appalling.

No one has yet to step to the plate and warn the Godless state of California of the unintended consequences of practicing ungodliness to a degree that outright thumbs their nose at the face of God.I for one shall obliged.

If there is any greater example of consequences that follow ungodly behavior receiving the wrath of God, one only has to look south to the little island of Haiti. It seems the hand of God has fallen upon that desolate and corrupt place and those that have practiced a lifestyle and worship contrary to God are now feeling His wrath.Having personally delivered over 30,000 pounds of food to the Haitians in April 2008 only to have it stolen by a local set of wolves in sheep's skin calling themselves "Pastors"; I can tell you first hand they are reaping what they have sown for years.As for our fellow Americans on the left coast: So much for vacations in the Golden State.

The Left goes Right for a Moment

It seems that the left coast state of California went right...at least for a moment.

On Tuesday, November 4, 2008, Proposition 8 passed by 5% of voters and banned gay marriage. Outside the gates of a Mormon temple however over 2,000 "gay-rights advocates", [or as I prefer to call them the lost sheep of the house of Israel] criticized the Mormon Faith for its role on the statewide ban on same sex marriage.Kai Cross was quoted in an AP Wire story as saying "They are on the losing side of history." Referring to the leaders of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for encouraging Mormons to donate millions of dollars to buy television time and mailings urging the passage of Proposition 8.

It seems the ballot measure was the brain child of a coalition of religious and social conservative groups comprised mainly of Mormons and Catholics.Proposition 8 amended the California Constitution to define marriage as a heterosexual act. The homosexual agenda simply refuses to accept the will of the people. Gay marriage supporters filed numerous legal challenges on November 5, 2008 against the Constitutional Amendment.

California Attorney general Jerry brown believes the marriages performed prior to the ban are still valid and he is also preparing to defend that position in court. Because there is no explicit language making the Amendment retroactive, many experts maintain the law does not void the prior marriage. This of course does not surprise me. Mr. Brown has always pushed the homosexual agenda forward. I am surprised he doesn't threaten to arrest anyone speaking out in support of Proposition 8.

I for one would like to encourage the religious conservative groups to continue to push ahead and stand strong. Despite the repeated threats by the discontented left to burn down churches and pilfer supports of Prop 8 you can be assured that God is on your side.

The act of homosexuality is ungodly and wicked according to the Word of god [Romans 1:18 NIV]. Anytime someone demonstrates in contradiction to the Word of God they can be sure the hand of God is not far from over them.

Caving to Depravity

There are those out there that say I am way to hard on homosexuality. I have even had some be offended because I haved preached or blogged against it. But lets get real for a second. Lets talk about what the Bible says. Romans 1: 18-32 clearly speaks against homosexuality and how the "Wrath of God is being revealed " [NIV]. In 1Corinthians 6:9-10 says "Do not be deceived ...homosexual offenders will [not] inherit the kingdom of God." [NIV] 1Timothy 1:8-11 says that the law was not made for the righteous but the law breakers. Homosexuality is so grievous to God and there is no higher purpose for it other than carnal pleasure. We are taught that sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit and the Spirit is contrary to the sinful nature. With that being said, I was not surprise to learn that the homosexual agenda once again has advanced its position.A recent case in New Jersey brought against a popular dating sight called eHarmoney found a settlement in favor of the depraved. In a settlement, contrary to the scientific approach to heterosexuality eHarmony is currently using, they have settled out of Court agreeing to provide a new site called "Compatible Partners" for gay, lesbian and bisexuals.The report further goes on to say that a Superior Court Judge in California certified a Class Action Suit against eHarmony this week giving anyone who claims to have tried to join the site for a homosexual match a right to claim damages without proving them.I find these cases most disturbing because once again the courts have legislated what free enterprise can and can not do. Why is it not relevant that eHarmony chooses to not involve itself in same sex matching.What God given right does man have to force depravity down the throats of any man regardless of what their belief is? It is not enough for the Courts to approve same sex marriages in two states but now they must force free enterprise to change their systems of beliefs.This is the un-intended consequences of tolerance, which of course I always warn against.

The Day God Cried

Today is one of the darkest days in Connecticut's history since the World began. In California, as the gay rights advocates duke it out with the children of God, we the people here in Connecticut do not have such a choice.It seems the not so honorable Judge Jonathan Silbert has scheduled a hearing to enter final judgment in a case that will allow same sex sinners to wed legally in Connecticut.Next to Massachusetts, Connecticut is the only other state that legalized gay marriage. The case is a result of the Connecticut Supreme Courts ruling 4-3 on October 10, 2008 that same sex couples have the right to wed rather than enter into a civil union that gave them the same rights as married couples.Other states like Florida, Arizona, and Arkansas have passed constitutional amendments banning same sex couples from being foster or adoptive parents. Here in Connecticut a measure allowing we the people to have a voice over the liberal democrats that force their gay agenda down our throats were not so lucky. The measure was soundly defeated giving the enforcers of Gods Word a major blow. Our "REPUBLICAN" party is filled with a bunch of wanna be democrats that truly have no moral conservative back bone at all, a trend that recent gave the Presidential Race and most Senate and House seats over the democrat's this election cycle.I for one find the high and low court rulings un-democratic and nothing more than legislating from the bench. This is a grievous offensive on all levels.The judicial system, in its legislation by litigation has now forced sin down the throats of Gods people without a choice.Christian business owners will be forced to partake in the un-godly and wicked actions of homosexual marriage by having to provide all the usual benefits afforded to heterosexual couples.There are numerous unintended consequences or gay marriage and it is time people understand this, the first being the legalization of gay marriage is very much going against God Almighty Himself.As Christians, we are not guided by worldly principles. The secular non-spirit filled society does not understand this point.The Word of God declares in 1 Corinthians 2:14 "The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned."We as Christians must re-group our Judea Christan Conservative values and retake them for the well being of society as a whole.
